Bought two pairs of sunglasses from Heavyglare, Grant (the owner) has helped me both times with specific questions, quickly resolving them for me. I most recently bought a pair of Spy+ sunglasses with prescription, and Grant did a special order to get me the prescription Spy+ lenses straight from the manufacturer. Great service, good prices

The old adage: "You only get one chance to make a good first impression...." holds true. First purchase from this company, and my brand-new $532.00 pair of sunglasses literally fell apart when I took them out of the box. You had one that one chance, just like everyone else does. You blew it. Won't purchase from again.

Thank you for replying to the survey. I am sorry there was an issue with your Julbo Vermont Classic. The sunglasses do have side shields and I apologize that one came off. We did offer to fix it for you, but you already fixed it yourself. I am glad you were able to fix it without assistance.
It should not have come off, true. And for first impressions go, I understand your disappointment. Hopefully as you get a chance to use the sunglasses you will see that the lenses are to your satisfaction. We would love to have the opportunity to assist you in the future.

Bad perspective.
Good Idea, Good Materials, but my kid didnt feel secure with it.
Told me that the perspective was very curv and didnt felt safe using it...

Thank you for your review on the Universal Rx Insert for goggles. I do not know if it did not fix in your goggle correctly or what the issue was here. We did not make the prescription lenses for the insert, so I suspect that is why the perspective seemed incorrect. We have had great success in making lenses for the Universal Rx Insert. If you would like us to make you lenses to eliminate the issue your kid is having please contact me.

I love these glasses. I bought another pair for my friend and ordering a third. Lens change is easy and great in any condition.

Have had many good experiences,
Have had many good experiences with Heavyglare, and with the last one they could not get the trifocal/progressive focus correct for close-up reading, but that could have been the fault of my prescription. Heavy glare is very responsive to any concerns a customer has.

They were great from start to finished…
They were great from start to finished product. I have two very different prescriptions in each eye and they setup up my lenses perfectly.

Awesome selection and great customer service!
My experience at Heavyglare will make me a customer for life! They have the biggest selection of sunglasses that you can get in your prescription that I have ever come across. It's always been hard with my prescription to be able to wear the sunglasses that I really want to (like brands such as Electric, Spy and Ray Ban) - wear as I used to always settle with frames I wasn't excited about, just to be able to protect my eyes from the sun. I was so happy that I finally found a place that I didn't need to settle with! The staff are also beyond friendly and very knowledgeable on the product, and eye health in general.
