I bought some new eyeglass frames from Heavyglare when my current glasses broke, but then it turned out they were repairable so I returned my purchase for a refund. The new frames I had ordered were as described and delivered promptly, and Grant was super helpful, professional and nice through the whole return process. I would definitely shop here again (when my current glasses do finally bite the dust)!

Worth EVERY penny
I was very happy with both the product, and the customer service. Grant was SO patient in helping me make the right choices in ordering what I needed (progressive prescription transitions lenses for motorcycle). I have to say, it kind of hurt a little to spend that kind of money, but when I received my new eyewear and wore them on the bike for the first time, I was more than impressed. Best money I ever spent, and worth every cent!

USPS delivered it to your door and we provided an attestation from USPS that it was delivered. You told us two other shipments have been "lost" at your doorstep. You need to fill out a police report and have your packages delivered to a secure location. Then you call our business of 22 years a fraud? Unreal.

This is an update to my original 1 star review. I received a defective product from Heavyglare. I wrote a review with Heavyglare and Grant responded to the review claiming he sent the corrected product and resolved the issue which at that point in time he did not. After some time Grant did finally resolve the issue.

You let us know there was an issue. Without hesitation and we said we would fix it. We were in the process of fixing it when I commented. We sent you are return label for the frame to remake the lens, but you would not return the defective product. We ordered a new frame and sent you the lens once corrected. It all takes time.
