Absolutely superb experience
Absolutely superb experience in the salon yesterday with Deborah. I booked a gold facial. I emailed this morning to thank them and add a note that this facial requires a health warning. You cannot stop staring at yourself in the mirror afterwards.!! ;-))

WAITING FOR 2 REFUNDS
I ordered serum and made a mistake so didn't get 10% discount i cancelled this and reordered. then contacted the company who then said she would cancel both orders and reorder at 30% discount and a refund for both orders would take 3-5 working days this didn't happen after contacting them they said there was confusion so it would take 10 working days and to contact them after that period if not received which I did to be told that the office was closed on a Friday and to phone on a Monday. i sent an email telling them it was an unacceptable to wait and for someone who can action this refund to phone me. I am now waiting so I will update on the outcome when I receive a phone call. all in all im not happy with how long it taken to receive my refunds and having to chase the company for it

Hydro cleansing Milk
I am a repeat buyer of Heaven hydro skin cleanser and I love it! Nothing makes my skin feel fresher and the lavender soothes the mind before bed. My skin is clearer and less congested with this cleanser. I ran out recently and had to revert to other good quality skincare but my skin protested. I will always buy this and I like to buy when there are offers on. I’ve bought other products as gifts and all recipients loved them.

No instructions on how to use products
Only just received £103 worth of goods as a gift from the hubby. Yep great delivery the rest of it. But hey how do you use the products? No information with box. There is information on the bottles, but it's that small we can't read it! We asked about the venom mask, via email. WS told yep leave it on, yet using the magnifying glass it states" leave on for 10 mins only"! Have emailed them again as I need some guidance. But hey, nothing back. Tad concerned to use the products as I don't know how to use them. No clear instructions given. I'm hoping Queen Camilla has been to Specsavers! Hers hoping Heaven read this, contact me, and I can use the products correctly before they go out of date.

Firstly, we completely understand your frustration with the lack of clear instructions and the difficulty in reading the product labels. Our intention is always to make using our products a luxurious and stress-free experience, so we sincerely apologise that this wasn’t the case for you. We will take this feedback onboard when reviewing our packaging in future.
We’re also very sorry that you haven’t received a response to your follow-up email. For our Bee Venom masks the directions for use are "Apply after your cleansing routine morning and evening. Can also be applied on top of your moisturiser or combined with a serum. Leave on for 10 minutes and wash off with warm water or you can leave on overnight/all day for accelerated results.".

Fabulous products arrived today
Fabulous products arrived today and I love the scent and luxury feel of the cleansing foam and dream cocktail shower wash. They were beautifully wrapped and the collagen oil is a game changer for my skin care routine thank you Charlotte for recommending when I had my last facial at Heaven Spa in Shifnal.

Efficient and caring
My order was on my door step within a matter of days, all packaged securely and intact with a sample, how marvellous.
Thoroughly recommend this Co as they clearly do care about their products and customer satisfaction.

Cancelled my order
When I queried my late order they sent me a cancellation email stating g that they had cancelled it as requested.
Really needed the serum as it’s the only one I can use. Very poor!

I love your skin care
I love your skin care. I use age-defiance moisturiser, which I have been using for a few years now.
I was in hospital as a patient this week and i was mistaken for a fifty something instead of my 71 years of age! So there you have it, your skincare is superb!
