I bought the facial moisturiser with SPF initially in February, I ended up using it every day as it’s so light weight to wear. This is my second time buying it. The jar was posted out quickly and packaged so nicely. It even had a printed thank you note with my actual name on it. I would definitely recommend this product and this company.

Had a small sample sachet of the Botox moisturiser at the back of the bathroom cupboard after seeing the stall at Marlow last year. As a man who has used moisturiser daily since my teenage years, now in his 60s, this has been revelatory. Only need a tiny amount but it goes on beautifully, is absorbed well with no greasiness and my face feels nourished, especially after shaving. The Botox effect feels real. Bought 2 bottles straight off. Glad I grabbed the sachet!

Always a great service from Ian. Last couple of orders I placed online but collected in person when Ian had his stall at local artisan fair. Much easier for us both. I use many products in the natrl range and they are all of extremely high quality. Beautifully hand-made products using 100% pure plant-based ingredients; you cannot go wrong and the difference they have made to my skin is amazing. I have recommended to others who have also been impressed with the products. i ordered my cream after hearing lots of good reviews and it accidentally went to my old address i contacted them to explain and they kindly re sent one to my new address still in process of using cream but must say excellent communication skills

I use Natrl unscented lip balm, which is silky smooth and really does moisturise and help protect lips from cracking, long lasting too! I have a condition that one symptom of is dry cracked lips and severe symptoms are now rare since using Natrl lip balm. Customer service is superb, I'm local and popped into the shop, but they were out of stock and due to make more this week. I ordered one and it was dropped through my door the next day, can't praise Natrl highly enough.

Nice Face Cream, although the lid was cracked on arrival, just hope it holds out, otherwise will have to find another jar to put it in.

I love this so much, I really like in my skin.

Love the cream arrived on time

Lovely lipstick - colour and texture.
And great it’s in a wooden container, but its opening isn’t very smooth and the shape of the lipstick means it’s not so neat to apply.
Great product anyway and I definitely plan to buy more for myself and others.
