Hearts Valley Anmeldelser

Hearts Valley has been such a great small business, from the quality of their products to the great customer service they have. Every time I reach out to their customer service line, there is always a reply within less than 24 hours and it being actual people to respond to any questions you have. Hearts Valley is a small business that I am going to be coming back to in the future many many times

I recently purchased the Magnetic Chain Braceler Set and had misplaced one of the bracelets. The customer service team was able to help me replace it in a day and was so helpful in making it happen! Will definitely shop here again.

I got the magnetic heart bracelets (with the black cord) for like $29 (on sale), which is crazy inexpensive for two cute bracelets. Anyway, they’re holding up pretty well. My boyfriend really loved it and we sleep with them on every night. I take mine off to shower, he takes his off during work. Otherwise, I say they’re fairly sturdy! I did try to tighten it with my teeth and pulled off a gold end cap, but it was easy to put back on and it’s been doing good ever since! It’s super fun and cute to clasp the hearts together and we giggle every time. Also these came super quick!!!

Well wow what a beautiful gift of tiny envelope with amazing
Little note inside “
Saying I love you “

Ordered and received the gold pomegranate necklace. It was advertised to me on Instagram and caught my eye straight away.

Received it and noticed a few differences from the photos, albeit small ones, thus why I'm only marking the product down by one star. The necklace isn't dramatically different to the photo, but here are the key differences I picked up:

1. The chain and the pomegranate charm aren't the same shade of gold.

2. The cubic zirconias are described as "red" on the website, but in person, look more orange. The stones are still pretty though!

3. There is a small gap in the closure of the lobster clasp, so I'm wary on the necklace coming loose.

4. The jump ring that secures the pomegranate to the chain has been sealed in a bit of a wonky way.

5. The pomegranate charm will sometimes roll over with the plain gold side facing out, where the feature of the cubic zirconias is against my skin. I feel like that's difficult to control, but overall is something else I noticed.

I only noticed these inconsistencies because I'm good at spotting them, but to most, it wouldn't be too noticeable. Still a pretty necklace :) I love the red pouch it came in - it's simplistic, beautiful, and importantly, reusable. Moreover, the customer service was solid :)

It’s my second time ordering, we love the products and will definitely continue to
support! Excellent customer service too.

I recently order the magnetic bracelet and got two negative magnets so they don’t link up together. Really not impressed after paying $45 for them.

Outstanding customer service and really pretty jewelry. Wil def be a repeat customer from now on

Hearts Valley has a wide selection of jewelry both my girlfriend and I love, and that has stuck with us for over a year now. Their prices are great and the customer service is even better.

My husband and I LOVE our bracelets we wait for the little “click” of the magnets when we are holding hands. My magnet fell out after a couple months but I sent an email and they promptly replied telling me they were sending me another free of charge.

Absolutely love this business, jewellery quality is on another level as well as soooo cute, something that needs to be brought up is their amazing customer service, had issues with my order and they were so responsive and helpful, just perfect all round xx

The customer service was absolutely wonderful. I had accidentally put in the wrong address when I initially ordered it, so I sent them an email about it. They not only reshipped it, but they also sent the replacement for free. If you're considering buying from this store, go for it. I have no regrets <3

Excellent customer service. I had issues shipping the product overseas and the company worked with me the whole way to resolve the issue which wasn't even caused by them! And the product itself is beautiful. Customer for life.

Received my heart and was informed that there would be a delay due to stock being out. They gave me the option to get something else, wait for the new supply or refund, which I appreciated very much, but chose to wait and received it in a timely fashion considering being out of stock right after I ordered.
I'm very happy with my purchase and more importantly... So was my Wife 🙂

Hearts Valley ships extremely fast and efficiently! I recently had a minor issue with an order (magnet popped out of bracelet) and contacted their support team on Instagram. I received a response within the hour and they shipped out a brand new set of bracelets for me! Love the company and the quality of jewelry is amazing!

Very easy to place an order, the customer service is above and beyond my expectations! The communication between Hearts Valley and the buyer is the best I've experienced in a long time from any company! And I worked in retail for 34 years! Great job!

I ordered this in asking my now boyfriend to be my boyfriend, lol. He said yes! And now we both get to wear a beautiful magnetic bracelet made of great quality. Thank you so much, and for your great service and shipping! :)

Such a great company! I had made over 3 purchases with them and each was such a wonderful experience 🥰 Customer service is amazing and VERY helpful. I will definitely continue purchasing from hearts valley jewelry

Absolutely amazing quality. Me personally I love the jewelry and hope to see more of what they’ll make!!!!

I saw them online and fell in love with the pearls necklace and bracelet. The process went smooth, I received it very quickly after the purchase and LOVED the product. It so so pretty and delicate! Also, their customer service deserves more than 5 stars, they are attentive, responsive, friendly, and helpful! I will keep coming back for more items.
