Total joke deposit after deposit nothing back waste of time and money just a scam

Shocking this site. The slots on heart bingo are rubbish. They pay rubbish. All this site does is take take take and gives nothing back. They say bonus pays on a random generator yet every bonus ive had this week has been less than 2 quid and that's on 20p bets with ante bet activated. I'll be closing my account and going elsewhere.

Like many say, first deposit not to bad, rest just take the money, terrible site, many better out there

I raised a concern about bots and got a reply about RNGs. Either we’re having two different conversations, or somebody isn’t reading reviews very carefully.

First signed up won £40, can't win anything since, lucky if I get £1, clearly control the slots not to pay out after your first small win, pathetic, just a scam like the rest

Possibly the worst site I've ever played , £100s on 3 games and never no bonuses , winnings on any of the games is so little , this site is all taken and no wins .don't waste your money and wish I checked the reviews 1st.

Got all three pots bonus and won 40p how is that even possible i thought atleast a minimum return percentage would been atleast 10x bet but nope 40p off a bonus with all pots activated span 40p then nothing after. Never again will I use or recommend this site

Ok so I was asked by a good friend to try out heart bingo ran from Gibraltar, I’m not the sort of person that gets concerned about loosing a little money as I do understand the meaning of safe gambling. I connected with the app and to be honest straight away I felt there was something wrong,I played the bingo game for about an hour and loosing £40 on a game that requested 20p per game. I thought let’s see if I buy the maximum it would show at least a close game on one of the 100 cards playing. Guess what ? Nothing, so I gave it a thought left it for a day and then placed £20 on the account, playing 2p a card and using 100 cards per bet and guess What? Nothing ! Here’s what I found there were certain names appearing nearly every game that wins. Mostly the top prize but always in the payout. That’s after 3 hours of playing. And 2 hours the day before. Now I can’t tell you for certain why or what they are doing this for ? I guess to take money from the vulnerable, I thought heart bingo as stated is a legal site , I feel it really needs looking at. My advice look else ware for your true enjoyment, we all play for the entertainment and of course a little profit, but you are not going to get it here sorry folks.

So now this company trace you down through apple and they disclose your email address to them, I’m sure this is against the law too, be vary aware trades description act and privacy laws should not be shared with anyone. Like I have said do not trust this site

Absoloute joke of a company. Rules so complicated you need a degree to understand them and they claim to be real humans in the chat (once you get through) but are in fact ai.

Wouldnt ever recommend to anyone, account got verified then told me still couldn’t withdraw my money as account under review over a month later still interview said that can’t give a time frame and still haven’t received my winnings. Customer service horrendous heart bingo in general not good

Just read the last 3 months reviews, 1 star after 1 star after 1 star, every one of the reviews stating the same and for the same reason - rigged slots, RTP's a fraction of what the game manufactures (pragmatic etc) built in to the games program, every slot playing differently to that which the manufactures made, even scatters and bonuses suddenly not appearing on the end reel where YOU KNOW from playing the slot for months/years online appears. Hundreds of spins without a bonus and when it does eventually drop in, 9 out of 10 times the bonus amounts to less the 20x, I often receive a bonus payout less then what the game manufactures built in to the program as a minimum. less than x10 on games which the minimum bonus win is x10. Heavens forbid you dare to withdraw another at all, deposit £100 and decide to cut your losses by withdrawing £30, next to you play your RTP is often less than 15%.

I deposited and played on Heart Bingo in July 2024. When I tried to withdraw my winnings, they triggered verification

I sent all documents requested. Heart Bingo refused to accept them and refused to return my deposit. They ignored my emails for two full years.

In May 2026, after I threatened legal action, they suddenly "successfully validated" the exact same documents they had refused for two years. They refunded my deposit — proving I was verified.

But they are still withholding my winnings (around £1000). They have ignored my repeated requests for payment.

I have now filed a complaint with IBAS, the independent dispute resolution body. I am also reporting them to the UK Gambling Commission.

If you are thinking of playing here, be aware: Heart Bingo may take your deposits happily, but if you win, they will freeze your account, ignore you for years, and only act when regulators get involved.

Joined Heart Bingo, I was verified and made multiple deposits but the moment I had won something they quickly unverified my account and asked for documents - my ID was successfully verified , however i stated that i couldn’t provide a utility bill due to it not being in my name to then be told your account will remain frozen until you can provide this, I offered a bank statement which they weren’t happy with either.

I tried to raise a complaint because it’s astonishing that any website has been set up like that and has this sort of attitude to be told as your account isn’t verified we can’t raise a complaint.

Two days later and still waiting for my documents to be accepted, honestly pathetic service, it’s going to be taking to Ibas regardless I feel.

Terrible site £1500 and no win at all will never play on here again.

Don’t bother wasting your money on the slots, rarely ever win and when you hit the bonus you get pennies bk, £500 lost in a couple of days, I regret downloading it especially when there are sites when you actually win something
