I have been a number of times to Hearology, the service has always been great and I have recommended the place and will continue to do so.

I went to Hearology to get my ears cleaned (microsuction). Fortunately it's not like the old days where you had to lubricate your ears for several days before the appointment. You can just walk in & 15 mins later I was walking out & able to hear clearly again. The whole process was super professional & quick.

I had an ear cleaning appointment and was recommended to book a complimentary hearing test which I did a couple of days later. Eva, the audiologist couldn't have been more professional and helpful in explaining the procedures and the findings - I have used Hearology before and always been pleased, but this week's experience was really impressive.

I have been attending hearology for at least 4/5 years and I have always found them to be patient centred. The staff are warm and attentive. My most recent attendance - twice in 2 weeks have further buttressed how professional and helpful they are, putting the patient’s ear care first.

I would highly recommend them.
