The receptionist made the whole process very nice and easy. Someone should give her a raise.
Maryam, the receptionist, was exceptionally pleasant, beautiful, and very welcoming. The doctors there were also very nice and welcoming. Although I prefer female doctors, as they are generally more gentle during ear procedures and thank god I had my appointment with a female doctor.
