The appointment was on time and carried out very efficiently. I learnt more about keeping my home devices cleaned properly. It was very quick and I learnt a bit more about keeping the tubes thoroughly cleaned out.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable. Did a great job of removing my son’s impacted ear wax. No pain or discomfort and very quick.

The team at Hearology at Forest Row…
The team at Hearology at Forest Row were most welcoming and very Professional in their approach.
Vincent was very understanding of the situation with Diana and immediatly put her mind at rest with his approach.
He was extremely thorough and within a very short time he concluded his diagnostics, and established the symptoms of Dianas acute hearing loss.
A plan was then put in place to remedy this hearing loss issue.
We, Diana and myself wete delighted with his support, which immediately gave us the confidence to move ahead.
