First time booking. Very easy booking system and useful information on website. Rahim put me at ease straight away and talked me through the process. I had ear wax removed. Rahim is very professional but also friendly. He kept me informed of what he was doing and showed via a screen how bad my ears were and after the session showed my cleaned ears.
