While your product was inexpensive, ordering was easy and I received a prompt email letting me know that it was shipped, I've yet to receive my order. My last email from your company was 10/18/22. I should have received my order by now or at least an email explaing why there is a delay.

I chose hearingaidaccessory.com because of the number of positive reviews, the product lines that they carry and competitive pricing.
My order was handled professionally and items were received promptly.
Upon receipt was when my issues started. First the item shelf life indicated an expiration date 0f 08/2023. Based on normal usage, I will not be able to use over half of my order before the items exceed the expiration date. Items being sold that have expiration dates need to be usable for at least twelve months or make notations on what the date will be. When I tried the get in touch link on the website I received the following error "reCAPTCHA validation failed". Maybe this is my fault for not reading the fine print, but on my United States order, I was charged a foreign transaction fee. Again if the website indicated that there might be a foreign transaction fee for US orders, I could make a conscious decision whether or not to order from this vendor.
This could be an outstanding vendor with just a little clean up of their site.

Things turned out such that I had ordered the wrong style hearing aid receivers, but Hearingaidaccesory was welcome to receive them back unopened and quickly gave me a full refund.

My self-test on my Starkey app indicated that I had a bad receiver. Upon visiting my hearing aid provider I was told that one cannot rely on that app and didn't even check my aids out.
I ordered a receiver and, wow what a difference!
I find hearing aid dispensers to be like car salesmen!
Always ready to take your money regardless of weather they work or not!

Excellent product, exactly as described. The only improvement I can suggest is to offer this with a NorthAmerican plug as an option to the UK plug. Had to throw the UK away and purchase a NA plug.

Very fast shipping and exactly what was advertised. I didnt realize that the items were out of the U.S.. I still received them within a weeks time.

I have been writing through pay pal and still no response ..I am requesting a refund product but what wanted and missing parts

I am a 92 year old lady that depends on my hearing aids. You charged my credit card $23.48 and it took to long to receive them and there were only (2) and the 2 are too big for my hearing aides.

Unfortunately, I ordered GN ReSound Hearing Aid Sports Locks (10pack) - for SureFit 2 Receiver and received the wrong item. After trying several times to use the link on the website to set up a return/refund and not being able to get it to work, I sent an email to the sales dept explaining my problem. I never received a reply. I would love to get the item I paid for, but it looks like I am out the $16 and have something I can never use.

I got the order, it all works, I'm happy.

Just what I needed to keep my hearing aids charged on longer work days

Delivery of my order was prompt. However, the photo of the accessory (Resound GN sports lock) and my order was not what I had expected (hence the 4 stars, otherwise I would have given the shop a 5 star rating).
