Such a lovely company
Such a lovely company. I was looking for a single herb tea which is hard to find and they had it.
They were very gracious and quick and informed me in a hand written note that they apologise for the delay but they are still recovering from storm damage.
I’d definitely recommend. The quality is very good and the service lovely.

There was a delay with the order because of storm Éowyn, but even still it only arrived about a week later than expected. Despite the setbacks from the storm, the delivery was prompt, and everything came in packaged perfectly.
Róisín was also so sweet to include a hand-written note explaining the reason for the delay (she definitely did not have to).
The teas smell delicious and utterly fragrant. We've not had a chance to try them because, coincidentally, we haven't been home! But if the smell is any indication, they're going to be phenomenal.
Even without trying the teas I would shop here again, just because Róisín is so sweet, down to earth, and personable.

Fantastic custom blend!
I had ordered premade blends before and been delighted with them but this time I asked Róisín to make a custom blend for me and it’s fabulous. Her communication was excellent and she explained in detail why she had picked each and every ingredient. Can’t wait to order more!

The quality and customer service are unrivalled. Róisín and Fiona were so helpful after a shipping mishap during the storm and made sure I received my tea! Not to mention the quality of the teas and herbs and top notch!! I highly recommend and know I’ll be ordering more in the future.

I’m very happy with the dandelion coffee I ordered! The taste is rich and smooth, making it a great caffeine-free alternative to regular coffee. It has a lovely roasted flavor without any bitterness. Not a nice person to talk to sent me a refund after waiting for 2 weeks before I contacted the very rude owner.. just because I sent a email asking were my order was I got no explanation just a refund.. so called her and was told she didn’t need my business.. this was just horrible for her to say

Thanks for your feedback. I just want to clarify what happened with your order.
You placed it on January 29th, just after Storm Eowyn caused significant disruptions across Ireland. We were without power, water, phone, and internet for 12 days which made it impossible to process orders. I sent an email on February 6th explaining the situation and assuring you we were working to get everything out as quickly as possible.
When you followed up, I did my best to keep you updated and let you know I was still processing orders. However, after further communication, I decided to issue a full refund so you could order elsewhere and get your products faster. I thought this would be the quickest solution for you, given the circumstances.
I was a bit taken aback by your phone call, where you were quite rude and dismissive. I tried to explain the situation, but it seemed you weren't interested in that, and instead of resolving the issue together, you were more focused on criticising me. I made the decision to refund you because I felt it was the best course of action to move things forward.
after that exchange, it was clear that it wasn't going to work. I wish you all the best with your own supplements business and sourcing herbs elsewhere.

I Would give 5 star, all the teas are amazing apart from one of my tea option lemon balm looks like dust and taste like dust it is impossible to drink.
