I would recommend this company
I had an issue with my order not arriving. Turns out it was my fault as I’d given them the post code of my previous address. Dealt with problem promptly and arranged for my parcel to be sent to the correct address.

Apology to H D Chemicals
It has not been delivered. Today is 5th may 2023.
I apologize most sincerely for posting the above, I didn't realize that this was a review at the time. HD Chemicals have been diligent in their support and sent me a replacement that arrived 2 days before the original package.

Svar fra HD Chemicals LTD
Hello,
We have emailed you couple of times and also we have sent out a replacement for you via Next Day Delivery which you have received. It would have been nice to give us a chance to rectify the problem rather than leaving a negative review before we had that chance....
Many thanks
Fast delivery

Svar fra HD Chemicals LTD
Hi,
Thank you for your feedback.
We can only apologise for this but because we do not work for Royal Mail we have no control over the tracking or their system. We hope that this did not put you off and we look forward to providing our best service to you in the future.
Good service
The package arrived promptly and was securely wrapped. The contents did not have to be transferred to another container as the original is re-sealable.
