I placed my order and paid extra for 2-day shipping, along with shipping protection. As of today, a week later I still have not received my order, and the tracking information has shown little to no progress.

My biggest concern is that my order includes a liquid product that may require refrigeration. With the shipping delay and no clear communication, I have serious concerns about the product’s quality and whether it will still be usable when it arrives.

I have reached out for an explanation and a resolution, but this experience has been extremely frustrating with no replies back. If a company offers expedited shipping, customers should be able to expect timely delivery and reasonable communication when something goes wrong.

Paying extra for a service and not receiving it is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they take customer concerns more seriously and improve their shipping and customer service.

Terrible Shipping policy. Order has been sitting as Label Created for multiple days and ordered 2nd Day AIr Shipping.

I’ve had nothing but great success with every order.Delivery is fast, product quality is on point and the prices are not in the stratosphere so blue collar guys such as myself can actually afford to try some of these new school things that are coming out without going in the poorhouse.

I ordered the 28th of September and since then my order has been on hold. I was asked for proof purchase so I sent them a copy of my bank statement. I have not heard anything since. I placed another order on the 30th of September to the UK which has turned up yesterday (6th Sept) I still don’t know where my order is from the 28th as no one is coming back to me. I have sent an email to someone called Chris. I have also sent two requests of the website and no response also. It’s a shame because the peptides are very high-quality and I love the brand. Unfortunately, the service I have received doesn’t reflect the quality of said brand. Shame.
