It was too hard fir them apparently and a week later the chair was delivered, ai didn’t accept the delivery and now I am waiting for my money.

Bad support and bad quality chair

What a mess! The chair doesn't work at all, and the poor posture only makes your back hurt more. The chair is poorly designed, causing it to wobble and break in some places after just a few months. They're offering a 10% discount on a €522 chair. This company is a complete scam and completely unfocused on customers. I recommend: don't buy these products!

Experiencia muy negativa: tuve que acudir a Consumo europeo

Compré una silla en su web por unos 200 € pensando que por ese precio sería muy cómoda. Nada más lejos de la realidad: se anuncian como ergonómicas, pero en mi caso me provocaba dolor lumbar desde el primer día.

Solicité la devolución dentro de los 30 días legales. Hasta ahí, todo correcto. Sin embargo, tras contactar con su servicio de atención al cliente, me dieron largas y llegaron a ofrecerme una compensación de solo 6 €, algo totalmente insuficiente. Finalmente tuve que reclamar por PayPal, y fue entonces cuando me confirmaron por correo electrónico que me reembolsarían el coste del envío una vez aportara el recibo, ya que, según dijeron, por mi dirección no disponían de servicio de recogida.

En base a esa confirmación por escrito, realicé la devolución y pagué 111,23 € de gastos de envío. Tras recibir la silla, solo me reembolsaron el importe del producto y posteriormente se negaron a devolver el coste del envío, contradiciendo lo que ellos mismos habían confirmado previamente por email.

Ante esta situación he tenido que presentar una reclamación ante el Centro Europeo del Consumidor. A día de hoy sigo a la espera de que se resuelva, ya que la vía amistosa la han cerrado por completo.
Una experiencia muy decepcionante y poco fiable.

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience.
Ordered a P2 from their site after reading many fake reviews… don’t trust them.
It’s really really uncomfortable. It causes pain to legs and back. Tried to return even if I had to pay for shipping costs to Germany (35€… better than loosing 220 for the chair), but It’s impossible to repack in the original box so had to keep it. Hope to sell it at half the price: if not it will be a totally waste of money. Very very very disappointed. Don’t buy it and don’t trust fake payed reviews

Poor Product Quality and No Response from Customer Service

I ordered a chair from this store, and the product I received looks nothing like the photos on their website. The backrest is much darker than the rest of the chair and clearly different from what was advertised.

I contacted their customer service by email to report the issue, but I never received any reply. It’s been long enough that it’s clear they simply don’t care about resolving customer problems.

Very disappointing experience — misleading product images and zero communication after the sale. I would not recommend buying from this store.

Bad quality Bad Customer Support

Chair was good at first then when I leaned back the left support pillar of the chair snapped in half.

They say they have a 3 year warrenty but I have emailed support 3 times and have gotten no reaction.

Thinking of buying from HBADA? If you value your time and health, take your money elsewhere

I wish I’d known this before ordering an HBADA X7 in June 2025. My chair arrived with defects (discoloration and corrosion stains on the backrest metal). Over the next months HBADA offered small partial refunds (3%, 5%, 10%) instead of taking responsibility. They scheduled a home pickup to return the chair—then canceled it the morning of the pickup and told me to self-ship a 20–30 kg box to Germany. I have back issues, no car, and the carton requires plastic straps, so drop-off wasn’t feasible. I’m still asking for a merchant-arranged, prepaid, door-to-door pickup and a full refund.

Do not expect HBADA to honor its own returns policy. Their marketing talks about “hassle-free” returns and covering return shipping for quality issues, but in practice I was pushed either to keep a defective product for a small discount or to pay—in time, effort, and money—for an oversized return myself.

What you should not count on:

A door-to-door pickup booked and paid by HBADA when the item is defective.

A firm time window, waybill in advance, or a pickup receipt.

A prompt refund on carrier scan (or within two business days of warehouse check-in).

Clear, EU-compliant invoicing consistent with the VAT they charge.

The canceled pickup on the very day it was scheduled, the repeated partial-refund offers in place of a proper remedy, and the refusal to arrange collection all point to the same conclusion: HBADA is not a trustworthy company. If you haven't made the mistake of buying from them, run while you still can!

I've been ghosted by HBADA. Terrible product AND service.

I've bought a HBADA E3 Pro for 500€. It was simultaneously by far the most expensive chair I've ever bought and also the very worst. Way too many moving parts that, well, move whever you don't want them to. The quality of manufacturing is horrible. No functional ergonomics, just optical bs.

The worst thing however, and also the sole reason I am writing this review; is that whenever I asked them for a refund within 14 days of the shipments arrival and they replied once asking for pictures, which I have sent the same day. I have not heard back from them since and it has almost been 2 months.

I am just baffled at the fact that I cannot decide which is worse: The customer service or the product itself.

NEVER AGAIN

I ordered an ergonomic chair from HBADA more than two months ago, and since then I have received nothing but empty promises. They kept assuring me that delivery was coming soon, but now I’m being told to wait until mid-October — which means waiting almost four months in total while they are still holding my money.

This is simply unacceptable. A serious company should not take orders for products they cannot deliver, nor keep customers waiting this long without offering a real solution. At the very least, they should provide clear alternatives, proper compensation, or issue refunds promptly.

I urgently needed a chair, and instead I ended up with endless delays and frustration. NEVER AGAIN.

GER/ENG - Worst Birthday

GER : Kurzgesagt NEIN ! Erste Bewertung auf Trustpilot in 30 Jahren Lebenszeit.
Produkt kam mit Mängeln, Lehne kaputt gegangen, nur Schmerzen beim Sitzen. "Support" = MÜLL, beim anschreiben bekommt man den Standart Text mit den 15% Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr. Seit dem kommt keine Antwort mehr. (1 Monat+ )

ENG: DONT BUY from hbada !!! Product = Delivered with scratches, Part broke while using it (leaning), Seat hurts so much iam unable to use the chair (not even with a seat cushion) // Support : Biggest Joke in my Life. If you contact them bc of a refund : You get the basic Text with the 15% Refund Tax. Since then no Answer, nothing, for over 1 Month !
-Read from others they deal with that same Situation for Months.. so money gone i guess, but i will do what it takes to stop this BS.

So dont do the Mistake i did, just did my research about the "best budget chair" forgot to check the overall exp here. Best part is the Chair was a Birthday Present - Nice Birthday experience hbada !

Prodotto valido, ma venditore poco serio.

Ho acquistato una sedia Hbada E2 Pro il 7 luglio per circa 190 €, convinto anche dal fatto che sul sito risultasse disponibile in pronta consegna. Dopo il pagamento, però, non ho più ricevuto alcuna comunicazione. Sono stato costretto a contattare io stesso il supporto per avere notizie, e solo in quel momento mi è stato detto che il prodotto era fuori stock e sarebbe stato spedito non prima del 14 agosto. Oltre un mese di attesa, senza che nessuno si fosse preso la briga di avvisarmi.
Trovo questo comportamento poco serio. Se un articolo non è disponibile, non può essere mostrato come acquistabile “in stock”. È una pratica che trae in inganno i clienti.
Inizialmente mi è stato proposto un “rimborso” del 3% come gesto di scuse, poi portato ad un comunque ridicolo 5% dopo mie ulteriori lamentele. Peccato che, a conti fatti, il rimborso ricevuto sia stato di appena 5,71 € (che non è sicuramente il 5% di 190 €), una cifra sbagliata e quasi simbolica rispetto al disagio subito e ai tempi di attesa completamente disattesi.
Parlando anche con altri utenti sui social ho scoperto che non sono stato un caso isolato, diversi clienti hanno lamentato lo stesso trattamento, con ordini segnati come disponibili e poi rinviati di settimane.
Tengo a precisare che il prodotto in sé è valido, ma l’azienda si è dimostrata poco trasparente e poco seria nella gestione degli ordini e della comunicazione con i clienti. Se avessi acquistato lo stesso articolo tramite Amazon, sempre venduto da loro, non sarei mai stato trattato in questo modo, Amazon tutela i clienti, qui invece ci si sente completamente lasciati soli.
Purtroppo non posso consigliare Hbada come venditore diretto. I prezzi saranno sicuramente competitivi, ma assistenza e serietà inesistenti.

The most unhinged customer experience

I am so so SO regretful that I have not checked the reviews here before buying.
I have ordered Hbada E3 Pro chair. It was in stock, promised to be delivered within a week. Ended up fighting with their Customer Support to have any kind of updates after a month of waiting. Received no real support whatsoever. Looks like their answer is written by CharGPT and not the latest version of it...
And when I finally received it my disappointment with the purchase became even higher. For a product that costs 550 EUR it was packaged like some cheap stuff from Temu. Smelled the same. The smell of a cheap plastic and chemicals is still all over my room and caused my husband to have an allergic reaction. Adjustable part are not always staying fixed in their position. Lumbar support – the worst I've ever seen and tried, and never stays where you fix it. Terribly uncomfortable chair.
I had requested a return immediately, the next day after delivery. They have disregarded every EU consumer law there is and:
1. Requested me to pay for a return (estimated at 150-250€) + 15% “restocking fee”.
2. Lied about the date of delivery, trying to shorten my lawful 14-day cooling-off period.
I’m still in back and forth conversations with them, involving European Consumer Center and my legal insurance, because this is the most unhinged experience I’ve ever had with any product company in EU.

Extremely disappointing

I ordered a chair from Hbada in July, when their website showed it as in stock. After placing my order, I discovered (only after sending multiple emails to them) that the chair was not actually available and would only be back in stock in mid-August. I agreed to wait, as I had no other option at the time.
By the end of August, I still had no chair, no tracking number, and no proactive updates from Hbada. After chasing them repeatedly, I was then told I’d have to wait until September. To make matters worse, when I checked their own website, it showed the chair as being back in stock in October — which completely contradicts the messages I was receiving.
This kind of inconsistent communication and lack of transparency is very unprofessional.
Hbada offered me a 3% refund as “compensation,” which is frankly ridiculous. I did not want or expect a refund — I simply wanted the chair I paid for.
My experience has been extremely disappointing. I feel misled by the false “in stock” status, frustrated by repeated delays, and dissatisfied with the way my case has been handled.
Customers deserve honesty, clear communication, and respect for their time and money — unfortunately, I have not received that here.

I owe them €632 for a product that never was sent!

First i placed a order on a HBADA E3 Pro Ergonomic Office Chair 

I said it was able to ship this out to norway on checkout so i did

It went 2 days no tracking code. Nada

I sendt hbada a mail and suddenly I was told they could not ship this out to norway
but It said at checkout they could.

I used klarna as payment and according to them I owe them €632 for a product that's never was shipped out or prossesed

They blamed it in a overweight issue When they could just tell me how much I needed to play to get it to norway it's not rocket science

I just want a chair how hard can it be

I have not been answered by mails in days now

DO NOT BUY - BAD QUALITY!

First of all I was told the chair I bought(Hbada E2 Ergonomic Office Chair) not was in stock (it was when I bought it) - then I had to wait for a long time. Today I finally got the chair and it is NOT AT ALL what they promised on their website. Absolutely do not recommend buying from them. It looks great on the website, but it is VERY bad quality.
DO NOT BUY. BIG MISTAKE.

They firstly told me that the chair I ordered wasn't in stock, so they gave me two alternatives, to wait A MONTH and have a 3% refund (6 euros more or less) or to ship me another chair, I wanted a total refund and they still gave me the two options ignoring what I firstly asked. The they proceded to make me wait two weeks because their assistence is hard to reach and makes you waste a lot of time between one and another email. They sent me the alternative chair and gave me the 3% refund, the parcel has been created 4 DAYS ago and the CHAIR ISN'T BEEN SHIPPED YET. I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN from this shop even if I'll receave the best chair ever. They are untrustable.

Was going to give one star

Was going to give one star, but they get 2 because customer service answered my mails.
Ordered the E2 Pro chair, order got confirmed and they withdrew money after a few days - but where is the chair?
After a week I contact them my self (they already took my money) and after a few days back and forth I get the message that my chair is out of stock. How can they take money for something they do not have? (BTW the chair apears in stock on website)
Is this a scam company?
Now they cancelled my order, because I do not want other chair (e2 pro in white still apears in stock on website).
Lets see if I get money back...
