Was happy with most everything - quality, price and prompt service as well as they kept me informed of where and when I would receive my items.

I was very happy with my purchase and the service I received.

Although I did wait for 30 days plus, I was well aware of this happening. I was very pleased when I received my shirt. I loved it and just ordered another one today. I must say I was very pleased with the communication from Hazatees. They emailed me often regarding the delays and by tracking, I surmised that most of the delay was due to pandemic situation, and some mistakes made by the USPS. The quality of the shirt and print was excellent.

Absolutely horrible service. Save your money and most importantly save your time dealing with this company. Its been over a month now since i ordered a shirt. Cant call and talk to a person, only a machine. Originally tracking my order led to them sahing it was going to be shipped by a certain date. After that date passed, now the machine says it will be shipped within next 5 business days. That was two weeks ago when it stated this. Cant cancel order now so they have my money and cant get it back. I have now just accepted that i may have threw away $30 dollars. I guess lesson learned. I wish i coukd give a negative review of them. If your reading this, DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! You will regret it!

I absolutely love the shirt I ordered. I have had so many compliments on it and everyone wanted to know where I got it from.

I order two shirts, they took almost two mouths to arrive and no where on the order does the company say they run small.. So I should have ordered two sizes larger. Now I have two very nice shirts that can't be worn.. It make me mad because they were for my mom after we lost my dad and I spent over $50 for nothing. Don't think I will ever buy from them again

Shirt was beautiful ordered. Shipping took a little time, but nowadays that's not surprising. Unfortunately the shirt didnt fit but customer service responded quickly to my email and reissued me a shirt.

I ordered my son t-shirt the beginning of June and it's about to be the beginning of July no shirt but they took my money I supposed to have gotten my shirt 5 to 15 days I want to know were is my shirt I'm very disappointed in this company no call nortex to tell me when my shirt will be delivered my rating to you is 1 *

I ordered shirt May 5th when I try to check on it said can’t be found then tells me e mail and password don’t match tried calling all I get is computer telling me will be shipped in 5-15 days sent letter no response tried to cancel sends me back to same run around

VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS CO. I ordered a my son shirt on 5/15/20. When I tried to track my order online it said it couldn't find the order. So I called customer service 6/14/20 and I was told it was being processed by the computer expect to ship in 5 business days. I called again 6/20/20 and computer said the same thing. Can't talk to a person. Will never order again from this co. ever again. I wish I could give them a negative score.

Very unhappy with service. Ordered shirt on 4/12/2020 called customer support on 6/4/2020 status still printing label and will probably ship in the next 5 business days. Most likely will never use this site again

Great customer service! I was sent the wrong size and color of a phone case and the fixed the order and got it to me fast, no questions asked.
