I contacted Custom Woven Labels for labels to sew onto my fishing rod tube sleeves, for my bamboo fishing rod business Oneness Rods. I struggle with my computer and anything to do with computers. But Gillian at Custom Woven Labels patiently walked me through the information they'd need and how to transfer it to them; as well as providing various color samples. Once all was decided upon they still sent me a proof of the real finished label to approve, so that I knew exactly what it would look like. I noted a concern about the "weave"(?) a gold foil-like thread I had requested; and she said they might be able to tighten it up and send a new proof. They were able to do so and did, and I received the labels a short time later. The labels represent my product, and they turned out beautiful! I couldn't be happier with the design and finished labels. I will be purchasing from Custom Woven Labels again. Thanks!!!

I ordered some tags a week before my daughter started school (which I thought was more than enough time) to receive an email a week after they had been ordered that they had finally despatched, I’m waiting and waiting for the labels to come(my daughter has already started school at this point) and they never did so I sent an email questioning the whereabouts of my order, it stated I would have a response in 24hours which I never did, I then called customer service who were extremely blunt, I didn’t even get an apology for the inconvenience. I would not recommend a company that thinks so little of their customers to not even reply or apologise when they are at fault.

I have ordered the woven sew in tapes for several relatives in nursing homes. I have always had fast reliable service from this company, and the tapes stand up to the frequent hot washing cycles!

The colour was wrong. The satin is woven in the wrong direction.
I have purchased satin custom labels from many suppliers over my 30 year career, I like this place because there are low minimums But I wish the service was faster. It shouldn’t take a month to get labels. I did not do a colour check because I wanted to speed the order and the result is the wrong branding colour.
