My experience was that it was quick and easy-the shirts were reasonably priced as well.This is my first purchase of shirts and look forward to seeing what the quality is like.

Love these shirts

Sizing give two options one size with a different bracketed UK size adjacent. Hence it is confusing as to whether UK sizing correlates with sizing charts. I am just hoping that they fit when they arrive. I enquired with customer care which was a delayed response by which time the sale items would have sold out. The response from customer care did not address my question directly.

Good products shown. However The website was slow and the filters didn’t seem to work properly. There was one product where the link didn’t work.

I've been shopping the H&C for years because they're one of the very few who provide tailored, fine quality women's shirts. My only complaint is that the shirts are always way too long at the front and as soon as I get them, I have to take them to a tailor to take up the two front bottom hems to leave just the hint of a rounded hem. This way the shirt looks smarter. I always wonder why they're designed to be so long, because otherwise, the shirts are excellent. Would like to see more fitted, plain coloured cotton shirts. Am most grateful for the quality H&C offer. Paula /Australia

Where to start….

I’m based in Sydney and ordered a linen suit and shoes. Paid 29.99 for postage to syd. Arrived and didn’t fit properly with jacket having a weird quality of flaring out at the bottom. I decided to return there items. It cost me $87! I politely requested whether H&C would cover this or if they had a better solution for postage. They said no. They then went to refund me and refunded me $60 less then the amount I paid. So for an ill-fitting suit that o had to return, I have had to personally pay $180!

Throughout this, customer services were responsive on email but were only focused on giving reasons why they weren’t at fault and protecting their finances rather than actually any customer focused efforts.

Strongly advise anyone in Sydney doesn’t use H&C.

There's a tie on your Facebook page, which has three colours - blue, red, gold. I could not find the tie when looking at what I might purchase.

I placed order and the order was cancelled by your team due to stock shortage. And I have to follow up more than four time for refunds.

Firstly if the stock is not available why would it allow me to place an order. Something not right with your e-commerce systems and causing more discomfort by not refunding the amount in time.

Secondly there is not option for overseas customers from Australia for feasible returns . It’s more expensive to return the items than to buy .

No fuss ordering, reliable - would like more new patterns to choose from

The return policy for international returns is inadequate for a big online company. It cost so much to return the shirts that didn’t fit. I spent $100 on shipping and return shipping. I don’t think you should offer international shipping if you do not have a good return policy. In addition to this, the shirts have a weird fit. The bust seams stick out and look pointy if you do not have a large bust to fill it. It looks inappropriate for work attire. Other shirt companies do not incorporate bust seams in their designs and thus fit a wider range of body shapes. They are also made for taller women and the shirts are very long. I am 161cm and b-cup bust. I am very disappointed in the shirt styles and return shipping policy.
