Abysmal customer service. Every e mail takes forever for tjem to respond to. You dont get a satisfactory outcome. Great shirts but if these is an issue youre pretty much on your own.

Slow postage
Ordered on a Monday but not sent until 6 days later!!!! It should have been posted the next day! So, slow service! Also I thought I was buying from an Australian website as the website had au after it, but it was from the UK. If I had known I would not have bought because it takes too long to get to Australia!

I purchased an emerald green silk tie…
I purchased an emerald green silk tie for my husband, for a forthcoming wedding. I found a perfect tie on H&C website. The website was easy to use and found the perfect tie. Ordering was easy and quick delivery. The tie was silk emerald green with a paisley pattern insert. I will definitely order from Hawes and Curtis again. Very good quality and choice. Thank you.

I ordered because I wanted the shirt…
I ordered because I wanted the shirt for a particular event on a certain date.
I endeavoured to communicate twice before ordering to see if sending via express post immediately would be possible.
I received no response either time.
I ended up ordering with no option offered for quick delivery.
Then I receive an email about how it’s in process and once it’s posted I’ll receive it within so many days.
The entire point was lost.
It’s highly unlikely to arrive before I need it. It would be a miracle. I’m very disappointed in the carelessness of the response.

Ordered 3 shirts...all too small...one was faulty. Cheapest Postage to send back was $85. Turnaround time would be up to Two months.
