The price was reasonable, the pick up and delivery were both smooth. I had the bike picked from one dealership and delivered to another. This was done for my convenience. Ir took about 2 weeks from initial contract submission until pick up. The delivery took just over 6 weeks, while I was told it could take up to 12 weeks up-front, it seemed excessive as it is only a 16 hour drive. I was given delivery dates three different times and none of the were met. The bike was 10 days late. At some point it appears to have been left out in the rain as there were water spots on the bike and actual rust in the exhaust. Prior to this it has never been stored outside or riden in the rain, a little disappointing. However, over all it was in good condition and made it to its destination.

My shipment fell through the cracks and took almost 3 months to get. Drivers need to call there customers as soon as they have an idea when delivery might be instead of 12 hrs before. This is my seventh bike delivered and it seems to get worse everytime. I don't think I will use haulbikes again. Service should get better with repeat customers.

It was very easy and simple. The people were very helpful and always keeping in touch to let you know how and where your bike is very considered. Overall it was a great experience and I would be using them again and recommended.

Delivery took a long time but was a better price and they kept in touch well especially just before and during delivery.

Super happy with Haul Bikes. I needed to move my bikes from Ohio to Florida. They picked up the bikes within the pick up window and delivered on time. I did have to email and call about some questions, each time someone picked up the phone. ( a real person not some AI voice nonsense) They always responded with great communication.
I was in somewhat of a time crunch for the bikes being picked up. They typically need at least 10 days in advance and I was calling right at 10 days. They were able to pick the bikes up within 7 days. My pickup and delivery address was very residential, no way a tractor trailer was able to meet at my house. I met the driver at a local Walmart parking lot both times. Super smooth pickup and delivery.
I did read the reviews prior to choosing Haul Bikes, a lot of great reviews, the few negative reviews were about not delivering on time. I didn’t need any specific delivery date so everything worked out for me.
Lastly their pricing is so much better than their competitors. The tractor trailers on Haul Bikes website is their actual equipment. ( ( very cool to see and super clean and professional ) both drivers were really great.
Some of the other companies I called transported bikes and cars together. They couldn’t guarantee an enclosed trailer. I wasn’t willing to deal with the uncertainties. When shopping for pricing I could see Haul Bikes was a better choice. I will definitely use Haul Bikes again. You can choose them with confidence. Thank you Haul Bikes.

Excellent customer service. Very competent and professional drivers. This is my second time using Haul Bikes and both times my bikes arrived in Excellent condition. All the drivers were very skilled, friendly, helpful and professional. Haul Bikes is and will always be the ONLY motorcycle transportation company I will ever use!

Good service they brought it early and at the door

They sent me an email stating that my delivery was complete. I received no phone call, just the email. So I panicked and sped to the drop off location. Only to find out after calling them that it didn't actually deliver at all. I've been waiting a month now to find out that it is still sitting in Milwaukee and headed to Vegas next. Leaves me with little confidence that it will be here before the "worst case scenario" date I was given. Oh, by the way, South Dakota is on the way to Vegas.

As an industry participant shipping cars and motorcycles, DD is my go to for motorcycles. As far as quality of move, capable drivers handling the bikes, damage free, none better, 5 out of 5. TIMING on this move was a zero. Communication was on point when I requested an update. THAT SAID- I NEVER build delivery expectations with my clients. Quote was 4-5 weeks, from placing order to delivery- FL to OR. THIS ONE loaded on June 4. Delivered SEPTEMBER 25. - BUT- If you can deal with that- This should be your first choice. Good value - $$ for the service.

The only thing I would say you could do better is communicating Pick up and Drop off more timely. Email about pick up came 2 days after pick up and drop off email was a day after.

All good. Bike arrived in one piece. Maybe took a tittle longer than I had hoped for but for the price it was worth it!!!!!!

Broke my antenna, knocked off my LED fender light. As well removed my hand guards and side mirrors from the bike with no explanation why after the initial pick-up of my motorcycle.

There were three changes to the delivery date which caused me to change my travel reservations. Once I made it clear I needed to conform to the agreement, all went well,
Yosef was the sales agent who helped me throughout the process. He was excellent. I really felt like he knew me and genuinely cared.
Ivan was the truck driver who was very accommodating. He called me and gave me his delivery schedule and kept it. He delivered my tricycle in perfect condition and with care. And, I saw him back his huge truck down one of our narrow streets. He was awesome!!

The whole shipping and delivery process went very smoothly and quickly and the bike arrived in good condition.

They were wonderful. Very professional and they took great care of our 3 HD's on our move from NY to FL.

Always reliable anywhere in the country- great communication and friendly people.

Delivered exactly as promised. And Dottie in the office is an absolute peach!
