Great service. I am thankful for the updates and pleasant support. Bike arrived in great shape.

Very professional. Answered all questions. Bike delivered safe, sound and on time. Very reasonably priced.

It took 3 months to deliver a bike from PA to AZ. I was given ship date notifications, but the date came and went. Notifications were lousy. I sell motorcycles and this bike was sold only to be cancelled because of the 3-month delivery. I was given $200 credit but that is not enough.

The bikes were delivered in perfect condition.

From start to finish, all employees was very help with information needed regarding pick up and delivery

They told me it was going to be two weeks to pick it up and they picked it up in three days. I asked them to have it at the destination by 20 September and they got it there on the 19th. I liked that they under promised and overdeliver

Reasonable pricing and good communication.

Glad that they could pickup bike in abbreviated time frame with short notice. Price was good. Only problem was they called and delivered bike a week earlier than planned. Better than furniture movers who are leaving me hanging regarding delivery date.

Same great driver picked up my Spyder in Ohio and delivered it to Florida. Arrived in perfect condition. I will use them again.

They gave a range of time to get me my delivery and went WAY past that date and then gave a second range and went to the end of the 2 week extension to get me the bike. I was very disappointed in the length of time to get the bike to me. The process took months from start to finish.

Outstanding customer service, reasonable price, covered trailers. Transported from Arlington VA to Boise Idaho in perfect condition!

Staff is professional while friendly. Accommodating to customers needs n excellent care of property during transportation

Every when I talk to at haulbikes was very helpful in trying to get this bike shipped to me. If I had any issues and/or problems, it was in timing, in pickup and delivery, but do to high volume for haullbikes. I can accept that the slight delay. Thank you very much for all you did.

Great communication, clear and concise documentation. Fair price, bike showed up on time with no damage. Will use again.

The actual delivery and service was fantastic. The driver couldn’t have been more helpful. Reason for the lower rating is that the drivers happened a full month after the estimated delivery date. Long time waiting.

The value was great and they kept me informed. I also had to reschedule delivery and they worked with me on that at no extra charge.

Excellent communication and bike was delivered in the same condition it shipped.

Very happy with the service, I definitely plan on using them again, definitely five stars...

Order Number P308710. I contracted HaulBikes on 06/12/2026 to transport a ducati motorcycle from Peak Off Road dealership, NY to Rio Rancho NM. The motorcycle was picked up on 07/13/2026, and the company stated that delivery would occur within approximately 07/31/2026, the motorcycle has still not been delivered as of 9/22/2026. During this period, HaulBikes has missed four confirmed delivery dates and has repeatedly provided new explanations without resolving the delay. Communication has been inconsistent, and the ongoing lack of follow-through has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. When the bike was finally delivered, the delivery driver was very professional and helpful and was the only good part of this experience
