Daily Direct HAULBIKES Anmeldelser

First, Andrea was simply the best. I have used you before and believe she was there as well.
A family member passed just this morning before a scheduled pick-up and Andrea was able to directly connect with the people at the pick-up location who were wonderfully understanding and genuine.

In today's world, that is not always the case. It was refreshing to see ork with such down-to-earth people.

I would highly recommend your company without a doubt.
Andrea was fantastic in communicating details through the entire process, something that is imperative in this business.

Thank you kindly again!
I vote for a raise to Andrea and the two kind people at the pick-up!
Very sincerely,

:) stay well...

Great driver. Fabulous service with professionalism on both pickup and delivery. Not a scratch on my ride. I’ll tell all my friends about you. It was worth every penny.

Most important: My bike arrived in the narrow time window I had booked in perfect condition. Driver unloaded it SO carefully. Reasonable price. It was picked up later than I had thought, but that didn't matter.

Good communication. On time. Great customer service.

Excellent care of my bike. Excellent customer service and the price was reasonable.

Bike was delivered as promised. Communication with the driver was awesome!! Driver went out of his way to make sure the bike was ready to go. Great experience with the drop off.
Thanks!!!

Overall experience was great. Professional all the way through. The process was seamless! Cali to Tennessee.

Haulbike handled 2 street bikes for me from Washington State to South Carolina. The bikes arrived great and the process went smooth.
I just wish there was a way for me to track my shipment.
I would use them again.

Timely delivery and great communication. Andrea Kloeden was wonderful in keeping us notified regarding the delivery.

Thoughtful drivers who know how bike are to be handled properly. Ontime service, I only rely on Haul Bikes for my cargo.

Good driver communication. Thanks

Fried my battery and broke my emergency brake
For the second time

I have used Daily Direct Haul Bikes over 10 years delivering my bike to Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and they get another A Plus
Outstanding Service

Haulbikes did a WONDERFUL job with communication and scheduling from New Jersey to Colorado. Everyone throughout the entire process communicated well

The whole experience from pickup to delivery was smooth and easy. Very friendly people during all phases of the procedure. My bike was delivered just as it was picked up....No scrathing, dents or dings.
Fair and competitive pricing.

The bike was dropped in the exact place as promised. Great service! Keep it up.😎🤙

Great experience

Haul bikes was great. It was a last minute decision to purchase a Harley in Spokane (I live in Georgia) and have it shipped to me. It was a seamless transaction. The motorcycle arrived today in the same shape that they picked it up.

Very thorough! I had heard horror stories from other bikers about damage in transport. I was happy to see my fears were unjustified ! It seemed the pickup and delivery times were a little long, but I understand the nature of the delivery service

This is the third motorcycle that Haulbikes has shipped for me, the first two deliveries were stellar, no complaints. This recent shipping experience was doomed from the start. The bike was delivered 3 weeks late from the date contracted for starters, upon delivery I walked around the bike and everything looked as i expected. I took delivery and drove the bike home three houses down from the delivery site, once in my garage I noticed the right rear turn signals was broken off the mount, it appears it was hit during storing and delivery, and now was hanging from the wires. I immediately called the driver literally 2 minutes after he left and discussed the issue. His response was “you signed the sheet upon accepting the bike and there’s nothing I can do, you will have to call and file a claim”.
I just got off the phone with Haulbikes and they said we have a $500 Deductable, you can file a claim for review if you like. The repair for parts and labor is $400.
Totally unacceptable response and I urge you to not employ Haulbikes, DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER!!!!
The entire experience from lame excuses why the bike was late to not accepting responsibility for this is a joke!
