I ordered a gift for my Granddaughter for her birthday on a Friday and paid for next day delivery so expected it the following Tuesday because of the weekend but no confirmation of shipping so I had to email them and explain it was a gift needed by Thursday and was assured it would be looked into the following day came still no confirmation so I phoned them and was told it would be posted straight away and was given a shipping confirmation Thursday came and the shipping link was still showing the sender was posting it so I was left with no gift for my Granddaughter on her birthday
Thanks for nothing I will definitely not be using your company again and would urge other potential customers to give them a miss and shop elsewhere

Every time I have ordered, they have been fantastic. Quick delivery and great prices.

Where they really shine is customer service - whenever I have called with a query, Joe has been so helpful and knowledgeable.

My go to for equestrian supplies since finding them last year.

Brilliant value boots, so pleased with the quality of them. Super comfy and super fast delivery! What more can I say, fantastic, very satisfied customer!

Made an order on website, hadn’t dispatched in 2 weeks so I contacted them, they swiftly apologised, and immediately offered me a half refund for my wait and my order arrived within a couple of days. Very good customer service, great to deal with, will order again

This is my local saddlery but I don't drive so I've ordered online a few times. Their prices are always very competitive and delivery is fast. Today I had difficulty with a card payment, so I phoned the shop. I could not have spoken to a friendlier, more helpful person! Thank you Joe! I totally recommend this great business.
