An extremely disappointing experience with this company, extremely unprofessional and deceitful business!!
Making false claims they received an empty box, of which the photos provided show the box with the good in and also the receipt of proof of postage shows the weight correct.
I will buy more hats from hatsxcaps soon.
Love my summer trilby hat from hatsxcaps.
You will never go wrong with this hat.
It is stylish, comfortable, and a must-have for summer. This is my second hat from hatsXcaps, and I absolutely love it. It fits perfectly, even on my larger head, and becomes softer and more comfortable the more you wear it.
I’m very happy with it and have already ordered an olive wool fedora.
Best Hats around, sturdy & great to wear.Think this will last sometime,Very nicely Made..Definitely not a wear ten times & throw away not at all,Built To last...Just a Great Victorian Gentleman Hat 👍 😀 😉
Very happy with my Tophat from hatsxcaps. I really like that fast delivery service. Thank you.
I bought both the brown and black bowlers and they’re a perfect fit. Wore the brown with a grey blazer, wool trousers, suede boots, and a colourful scarf, the hat really brought the look together. A real statement piece! Thanks, hatsXcaps!!
can’t wait to see your straw bowler hat. Love the fast delivery.

I ordered a hat on Amazon, but I ordered the wrong size, I contacted the company direct on their website site, and they could not of been more accommodating if they tried. Sorted out the correct size, sending straight out and as I returned the first one sorted out the refund. The hat is fantastic value, and First rate hand made 100% wool and i can honestly say I love it.
Thank you guys I would HIGHLY recommend this company I look forward to continued future business with yourselves.
