I will never get chile anywhere but here and that's been 10 years. I left NM and today I ask myself why? By far, this chile is the real deal!! If you want the best chile there is, you must go to the Harch Chile Store. Thank you for making my dreams come true!!

Easy to order site with a taste of home. Being NM born and raised, having the ability to have these chiles available, let's me not miss home so much! We'll packaged and various options to pick.

I received a jar of the red chili in a gift box and it was so delicious that I just had to order more! It arrived really fast and was packaged so as not to break during shipping.

I love the product and was glad my rellanos and tamales were still solidly frozen.
However, your packaging on the three salsas never had stickers that had “fragile glass” on them.

One of my salsas came broken. I asked for a refund but you decided to reship. I don’t want that.i submitted proof in pictures

I ordered 3 of the 3 foot ristras to hang on porch post as Christmas decorations with a south west vibe. I love them. The quality is beautiful. They were shipped fast and arrived perfect. I would give them a 9 out of 10 because i think the raffia top should be fuller. I will order again.

Our order for 575 Red Chili sauce was processed and delivered quite promptly - ordered on December 1, delivered on December 5. It is delicious in our pork tamales.

Packaged well and timely arrival as well.

I always get exactly what I ask for in a timely manner. This last delivery was left at the gate of my property instead of being delivered to my door. The box was there for several hours before I noticed it. Luckily the Hatch Chili Store packed my frozen chili so well, that it remained frozen despite a 5 day journey and several hours at the gate. I assume UPS has a new driver!

Delivery went to wrong address. Called customer service several times and finally received a call back. Person who returned my call was most helpful in resolving my issue. I understand it is the holiday time and things happen beyond your control.

We ordered whole chiles. They came super fast, like the second day. Chiles were well packaged and still frozen. We’ll def order again!

3' Ristra arrived early and packed well. Chiles are fresh.
I hung it up with Christmas lights and cut off some chiles to make a few quarts of enchilada sauce. What better way to reduce carbon footprint than to eat your Christmas tree?

Ordered gift certificates for family members. They will place an order for chilis in season. Very simple easy fastprocess.

I wish I could give a better review, but here we go. I waited weeks to order ristas as they were out of stock for some time. When they came back in stock I ordered right away. The shipping was nearly 30 dollars for three day UPS. I purchased on a Saturday and when they didn’t arrive or show as shipped by Wednesday the following week, I inquired with customer service. While friendly and prompt, I was told that they only shipped ristas on Tuesdays and Thursdays. No where on their website does it say this and even so it would have shipped Tuesday and arrived Thursday or Friday. It didn’t. It’s now Monday the following week, still no ristas. If it arrives today or tomorrow that would be 9-10 days not three. It’s only upsetting as I ordered them for a holiday party. I think it would be prudent to note shipping policies on ristas on their ristas website page and refund me the three day shipping. Hoping I actually get them.

Update: I did receive the ristas 9 days after ordering. I am upgrading my stars to 4 because they were packaged beautifully and their customer service rep was responsive and kind. I do think they need more transparency on their shipping timelines and expectations on their rista page. Nuff said.

I've been getting green chilies from the Hatch Chile Store for the past 10 years. My wild boar and green Chile stew is always a big hit.

Last order was online, but when I have questions someone is always available on the phone. Everything is delicious. And recipes are available on the website in case you want to try your hand at New Mexico favorites

My chilis arrived fresh and beautiful. They are my favorite thing to get the summer!
