Do not believe the part about free shipping. They will call you the next day after you purchase and tell you it’s an additional $50 to take it off the truck. Bait and switch

I have been using this service for many previous years and I was almost satisfied with it, but now its reaction time is not good experts who answer to me within 2-3 days, which disturbs me a lot. But this is an amazing service if their response time is better than I would otherwise use this service.

Fraudulent run run run! We have submitted a ticket to the better business bureau as well. They don’t have a real phone line (we called it several times, left voicemails, it didn’t even ring just went to voicemail). You order items they claim are in stock and never ship them (we waited 8-10 days and they charge crazy shipping prices), and then if they do claim to send an order, they “refund” and cancel most your items (without adjusting down the shipping fee of course) so your paying some crazy price for a few bottles. Sigh a nightmare. We have worked with so many vendors and never had one be so shady and unprofessional and fraudulent. We know a lot of businesses that need their type of supplies and we were about to tell them all to use them. Because it “looks” like a good company. We have done 3 orders and all turned out shady or fraudulent or never sent or never properly refunded. But we have sent a mass email to all of the businesses we know warning of the fraud of this company. So sad to see how people run things and try to make a buck. I am sure you’ll see them write some weird response on here. But trust us they are fraudulent, typically bait and switch type of thing you’d see from a used car salesman!
