Ordered some cordless vacuum cleaners online from your flagship store in Merry Hill , purchase was for my elderly parents and some of my other properties , order placed funds taken , happy customer ! ( read all terms and conditions at no point online does it state you cannot purchase more than 1 item alone ) Think again e-mail received refunded my order without any explanation whatsoever ? I called your customer support line to be placed through to TV department transferred to online orders after 18 minutes on hold to be cut off , at which this point my patience was wearing thin ! Called again some to Chris unable to give me his surname due to security reasons ? Gave him my order number asked why my order being refunded ? Basically manager stated bulk orders cannot be purchased online ! Why is that not stated anywhere ? So if I came into store can I purchase my order probably my not was the answer so if I want 7 packs of pillows for my house can I not purchase online as is a bulk order ? Or if item was it’s original £300 could I not buy it on line in bulk probably not Is this the case for all bulk purchases at Harvey Norman ? I was not even given an opportunity to buy 1 item ? Is this how your flag ship store operates ? Sadly I was looking into purchasing numerous other items in bulk from beds to furniture to electrical items which would be sadly this whole experience has put myself off and I have now reconsidered buying from your store full stop !

Really great service from Michelle who helped us pick our hoover and ninja coffee machine. She knew so much about each device. Very impressed! Thank you so much :)

the store was excellent for its choice/good assistants we had who dealt with our furniture request namely Prescious B and Hassan on saturday am, We had the furniture delivered on monday am /again three excellent assistants did their assembly job in no time /cleared up in no tme. all very polite to the customer.

Because of this we bought a dish washer and fridge and we’ll be buying a double oven now too.

4 days ago I made contact with this company only to receive a generated email saying someone would be back in touch with me in 24 hours and as yet still had no response. I have a faulty SMEG kettle purchased from this site, still under warranty. I chased this response up earlier this morning and still have had no reply! CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTENT, please be aware....

Garry and Amy really listened to our requirements. Relevent products were demonstrated. They weren't pushy and spent a lot of time with us. Explained that they could price match. We took our time doing due diligence and when we found the same product less expensive, they did indeed price match without any fuss.
Really felt like we received excellent treatment.

Michelle was absolutely amazing, she helped us choose a hoover and gave us a thorough explanation of the product. We were also given other options and recommendations, but was confident with our choice as Michelle explained very well

The Samsung 65in S95F tv was s good buy given that it included a QS700F sound bar. Also the £100 gift card paid for some wireless headphones. I did struggle to activate the Samsung 5 year warranty on the Samsung website but a trip back to the store sorted that out thanks to Faris who had dealt with my purchases. A big thank you to him from one very satisfied customer.

Terrible service, ordered a settee in August 2025 and paid deposit. In January 2026 had to chase to see when delivery would be, after 3 weeks of chasing and no call backs,eventually got a delivery day for 14.2.26, the delivery driver came and straight away said "we have the 3 seater", so no 2 seater. Obviously, I refused the delivery as they were both ordered together so should be delivered together.
I called the store. They took delivery on 9.2.26 of just the one settee. I went in and paid the remainder and nothing was said that they only had one.
Dreadful service and very limited information from them.
Have had a refund and on the receipt is said £280 amount outstanding. I pointed out I owed nothing. The guy said it was for delivery. No Pal, you chose to send out the incomplete order, that's on you.
Find the staff very sneaky to cover themselves 🤔

Recently I purchased an ASUS Rog strix pg32ucdmr gaming monitor through the Merry Hill store. My experience has been nothing short of outstanding from them. Unfortunately the monitor arrived with a factory defect that was not Harvey Norman at fault but ASUS.

However a Lady called Abi has been absolutely amazing and gone way above and beyond to ensure this issue was resolved. I cannot thank her enough for all her hard work, She is a credit to this store and I hope the management team give her the credit she deserves.

I 100% will have no problem purchasing from them in the future and would recommend them to others 10/10

We have just received the best customer service in at the Merry Hill store. Every staff member that passed us said hello (and goodbye) without the pressure to buy anything. Hannah who served us has excellent service manners. She was extremely knowledgeable even though she had only worked there a few months she clearly explained everything we needed to know. It was the best and most straightforward purchase we have ever experienced.

Will definitely be returning.

Myself, husband and Teenage daughter had a great experience when trying to purchase an IPAD for College Studies. Maria was our Sales Advisor, she listened and asked questions on how we would like to use the product, if it was A levels etc. Maria was knowledgeable about what most teenager's tend to combine study along with social media, she explained a range of suitable products for my daughter who is at College and data/storage. My daughter decided to purchase a recommended IPAD Air 13Inch, and keyboard. She is so pleased with this product, if it was not for Maria we would have been overwhelmed and not have made such an expensive purchase.
