Communicatief zeer slecht. Een organisatie waar flexibiliteit zeker geen kernwoord is. Er wordt niet gereageerd op verzonden emails. De afspraken worden niet nagekomen en de betalingstermijn van 30 dagen wordt meerdere keren overschreden. Het advies is om deze arrogante club te mijden.

I secured a job interview through the Harvey Nash recruitment agency but did not hear back from them after the interview. I sent an email to the recruiter but received no response. I will not recommend this agency.

Contacted by a recruiter there with what looked like a decent opportunity, left a few messages. The whole outfit doesn't look real. No contact in return - another recruitment agency destroying the reputation of others in the industry.

Poor experience, avoid.

Approached by HN recruiter, applied for position, interviewed, ghosted by employer and recruiter. Zero feedback, despite chasing.

Had two approaches from Harvey Nash since for same employer and have no interest in working with them.

Do better.

Avoid at all cost. I have worked with lots of consultancy firms and these are easily at the bottom of the pile. Take a massive cut and do nothing for it, didn’t get paid on time and no support whatever. Left my contract end of March and I don’t think they have even realised - terrible service

Don't think this is a legit company or one that is doing everything on the cheap. When they contact you it is a London number but sounds like you are being put through to an Indian call center...very limited English and strange background noises that sound like a massive center...also asked very odd questions that didn't seem right and just odd English/wording used in email correspondence. Definitely something not right going on.

Scheduled an interview and stood me up. Asked for my info prior to interview and when they didn't show, I got concerned it might be a scam. I have had no contact, even to say sorry for standing me up. Are they rude or scammers? Sounds like they are just not good, based on others' comments.

I started a contract for these cowboys after the previous contractor had "pay problems" this was in early May, it's now September and I'm still trying to get paid. Thinking of taking legal action. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, YOU WILL BE SORRY 😞

Avoid working with Harvey Nash!

I worked as a contractor at Google for two years during which Harvey Nash dealt as the "middle man" agency

During this period they were unresponsive and failed to protect my interests at all, between bad communication and lack of action from their employees on things like expenses and bonuses, I count over 15.000 GBP lost over these two years

They do not serve a purpose and simply piggy back on the hard work of contractors signed with them

Absolutely useless. Take a massive chunk of your pay for charges they can't really explain plus a chunk from your employer and aren't there to help you when you query anything. Didn't pay me on time and had absolutely no explanation. Complaint ignored even after requesting escalation. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid Harvey Nash at all costs. Pack of lies. I have emailed Dick Genever, Joanne Tiley from Harvey Nash and Sue Treverton for details of their complaints handler to further elaborate on their vague feedback, which appears to be written by some barking dog, but I have not heard back. I think it is due to me being an Asian Bangladeshi Muslim? Avoid these liars. Extremely negative experience. Just terrible. I would not recommend these lot as an employer or as a service provider. Requested feedback and was provided with a tongue in cheek, condensing and unhelpful response, but instead of offering positive feedback, help and support, why not just be honest? I didn't give the same answers and provided enough details as humanly possible. Do they want essays as a response? I definitely won't be applying there ever again.

I would also like to feedback the job was not advertised properly and I was mislead. It does not specify in any job specification that this is a co ordinator role. It does not state anywhere in the job advert of job specification that this would pertain to the job itself. The job is demonstrated as an application support role.

I would not recommend this place and I will be sharing my experience to others.

Ensure you ask plenty of questions to find out exactly what this because the incompetently job specification was briefly written with no written explanation that this job requires what was said in the interview. Considering these managers have got nothing better to do ?
