From the outset the process has been simple, communication excellent and emails answered promptly and with courtesy.
We found the use of the portal extremely easy and helped us along the process to see exactly where we were what we needed to do and what we were waiting for from others.

Harvey Baker are an absolute dream to deal with. They have a really useful app which helps keep everything in one place whilst providing live updates on the case(s). Emails, messages and phone calls are dealt with swiftly and with a friendly and professional approach. Helen is amazing and she can't be recommended enough!! Helen and her team are brilliant in their communications, help, advice and timely responses. Nothing ever seemed too much to ask and was always met with an informative response.
