No one in my family had a clue about writing a will as we'd never done one before but Jonathan made the entire process easy and stress free. He explained every step and what he needed from us and when we needed assistance or had questions that needed answering, Jonathan would give us a very quick response via email or make himself available for a telephone call there and then.
