I had such a wonderful experience with Stacy from Harper Concierge. She came to me on Thursday, 13th August, with two beautiful Studio Nicholson pieces, including the Chrono dress in both UK 8 and UK 10.
As I’m between sizes, I really appreciated Stacy’s help and thoughtful advice in choosing the right fit. She was so patient, professional and lovely throughout, and made the whole experience feel effortless and personal.
I ended up choosing the UK 10, which was the perfect size for me, and Stacy kindly took the UK 8 back.
Thank you so much, Stacy, for your excellent service and for making the experience so enjoyable. Your personal attention and expertise were truly appreciated. I would absolutely recommend Harper Concierge! ❤️

Simran my stylist was brilliant, what a fantastic, easy service to use - loved it and don't have to get the returns back which I am useless at and often miss getting back within the timeframe!

Excellent service, it's so nice to be able to try the garments before purchasing. Heidi is very helpful and her communication is excellent. I've used this service quite a few times. Highly recommend.

First use of 'try before you buy'
Loved been anle to order the goods and then have the time at home to try them on and eventually pay for them. Didnt have to make a quick decision.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. I often need to order 2 Me+Em sizes so it’s much better not having to pay and wait for a refund. Plus I’m not always sure if a style will suit me. Very efficient service which means I can order more things easily.

Game changing service for online shopping
This is a real game changer for me. I can order multiple styles and sizes without taking out a second mortgage and return what isn’t suitable without waiting ages for a refund. It’s fantastic. I wish more companies used it.

Harper concierge is superb, you order clothes, send back what you don’t want and only pay once they have received any returns or you ask to keep it all. So simple I genuinely couldn’t believe it.
