They are nothing but scammers, they take your money really to your email complaining about long delays because they are so busy and you receive nothing x I’ve now reported them to my bank they need stopping

Absolute scam! Same experience as everyone else here - ordered, emails received saying on its way - unable to contact and no goods delivered. Feel humiliated and cheated.

Ordered product Janauary, money taken but despite numerous emails this was never received. SCAM COMPANY, DONT USE. They eventually stopped replying to my emails !!!

I ordered a top on Jan 26th and payment was taken, I contacted them 3rd Feb and they messaged back stating “Due to unusually high demand, some shipments have experienced slight delays. We understand how important this is to you and want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to expedite the delivery.” Since then they are completely ignoring my emails.

Product never arrived. Ordered 19/1/26 - delivery info was 2-5 business days. Complete rubbish. Over 6 weeks later & after a couple of emails to check where it was & tracking links that don't work I have filed a dispute with the credit card company and they have refunded.
AVOID!!!!!

Incredibly slow delivery of very poor quality item. Returns offer requires paying shipping back to China, so worthless.

I ordered a jumper many weeks ago. As with everyone else, they took my money and nothing received. cannot even contact them. I thought it was a London boutique.

Ordered 2 tops beginning January. Monies taken. No items arrived. No communications. Can't find the order number as when press email a warning sign comes up. Very very disappointing NO STARS

Order. Coat I am a other victim of a scam not delivered took the money no order now it as been over a month no updates I have emailed them tons of times not heard nothing from them at least I got my money back chargeback from my bank I reported this as well how do people get away with things

One star is pushing it! Like the ladies before me have said ' It's a scam'. I too feel totally gullible. I had researched this so called company enough to convince myself that everything would be ok so I ordered a jumper on 13th January. My money was taken on 14th and I received an email saying my order was being prepared. I could not track my order as the number they gave me did not work. After 3 weeks I emailed Harperandrue to ask where my order was.I received an email back from Violet and Vera Boutique saying there was a slight delay but to be assured that my order was on it's way and they were closely monitoring it for me. I did feel this was a bit unusual to get a reply from a different address but what could I do? The matter was out of my hands. I sent 2 further emails, no reply. At this point I kissed my money goodbye and gave up any hope of receiving my order. Well what a surprise when my so called jumper arrived yesterday. It was scrunched up and shoved into a small plastic bag. The jumper had buttons down the front of it. 2 were done up incorrectly. It looked like it had been worn. It most definitely was not a jumper, it was a disgusting polyester top that was only fit for the bin. I ordered a cream coloured jumper with denim collar and accessories, this was a very peculiar shade of dark brown. Very poor polyester rip off that was so full of static that parts were stuck together. It was shocking.Truly awful. Made in China. No address to return to but I just know now that this is a scam and my money has long gone. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GROUP OF NASTY PEOPLE.

Caught! Its a scam. Dont touch them. Goods ordered and paid for a month ago .... no sign.

Dress arrived and it is such poor quality.
The fabric is cheap and nasty.
Iv sent 5 emails asking for details on returning the dress not one reply..

Wish I could warn others not to use this site.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as it does exist also known as Violet and Vera, not based in London.
I have not received my order which is now over 4 weeks, have sent several emails requesting a refund NO reply.

Conned as others Plse avoid I will stick with what I know

I wish I had done more research before ordering this item. Do not order from this company. I cannot track package which is now over a month late as there is a security alert attached to the Web site. Says it all. Complaint Email ignored. Am going to raise with credit card company. But blame myself.

As all the other reviews say...avoid!

Order an item in January from what I genuinely thought was a UK based company. After many chasing emails (vague response then ignored) my item arrived after over a month. The quality of this is shocking and could not be worn out.

I've contacted them to attempt a return but I am not optimistic. I can't even access their website through their email on my phone as I get a security alert.

I ordered a coat but in the mean time I was unable to try on the coat when it arrived due to me having a rather nasty accident.
The coat is too small for me.
I have written several times to you asking how I return it
But all my correspondence has been ignored.
Perhaps someone there can help me.

I ordered 3 items at allegedly half price costing just short of £90. Waited 3and 4 weeks as arrived in 2 separate deliveries. Quality was very poor. Emaile to say I wished to return items and was originally offered a 30% discount to keep the. I refused and was then offered a50% discount to keep them which I refused. Eventually got returns address and posted them on Monday at a cost of just under £30. Tracking shows my return has arrived in Shanghai. I will repost if I get a refund but if not will take it up with my credit card company.

SCAM.. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.. NO SIGN OF ITEMS ORDERED - AS OTHERS SAID NOT FROM LONDON AS CLAIMED - EMAILS FROM DIFFERENT NAMES AND NO TRACKING NUMBERS ... they also use the name VIOLETANDVERA

NOW TRYING TO GET MONEY BACK THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD....
