An Impressive Legal Firm. Recommended
Andy Finkel and his colleague Manjit Dhanda have dealt with property related legal matters on our behalf since January 2021. This involved a successful but lengthy and complex lease extension negotiation, followed by a property conveyance. Throughout we received a competent, professional and prompt service. We were reassured by the legal knowledge, experience and judgement always on display and the rapid and responsive communications. Fees seem to be competitive.

Leasehold Extension
I contacted Harold Benjamin as I needed to extend my leasehold. I was very fortunate to speak with Andy Finkel who explained the process of what needed to be done in order to complete the extension.
I was impressed with Andy as he took the time to explain the initial process and this was replicated throughout my contact with him.
Andy was very thorough when dealing with the existing lease and pointed out areas that would need to be updated and/or changed and kept me informed as requested.
I would certainly recommend and use Harold Benjamin Solicitors again.

Excellent settlement of financial dispute
As executors to our fathers estate my sister and I were recommended Sarju Kotecha at Harold Benjamin to resolve a financial dispute. Sarju's flexible and consultative style has lead to an excellent settlement without having to resort to court action. His advice was excellent and his actions were prompt and highly efficient. We are happy to recommend Sarju's and Harold Benjamin's services to anyone needing resolution of a legal dispute.

Property dispute
We were having difficulties with our legal position concerning our commercial property. We were directed to Sarju and he proved to be knowledgeable, confident and reassuring. He guided us through each step of our dispute and communicated very well both over the phone and with emails. The property issue was resolved and we were completely satisfied with the service we received through Harold Benjamin solicitors. Not only were they efficient, but also friendly. I would highly recommend this company to deal with legal matters and we were successfully guided up to the completion and settlement of our property.

Harold Benjamin refinanced our mortgage…
Harold Benjamin refinanced our mortgage very quickly and efficient. They constantly updated us, in plain englisch. Every mail of ours was replied in hours, to the point. (We were dealt from the Harrow Office.) We will definitely use them again. We recommend them strongly.
