I paid for the trial 7 day plan €5.99
I paid for the trial 7 day plan €5.99, was not made aware of the recurring subscription of €75.39 per month after that, they took €75.39 out of my account in June and again in July, no emails regarding these transactions which I did not authorise. Contacted the company, which gave me a very quick response only to inform me that once the money had been taken from my account, they could therefore issue me a refund. These transactions were taken via my PayPal account, and it's all thanks to PayPal that I got my money back. Be very wary of this company.

Esperienza negativa, ho fatto l'abbonamento per un mese di prova, comprato UN MESE e stop, oggi è scaduto il mese ed ho ricevuto un addebito di 42,99 senza che sapessi nulla, nessun avviso, niente! Soliti sistemi per fregare i soldi! Ho mandato una mail e mi rispondono che non possono rimborsare perché è un servizio online. Pessimi. Aprite gli occhi e cancellate subito. Ho aperto contestazione su PayPal. Tra l'altro la dieta non mi piace neanche, pessima sotto tutto i punti di vista

Innanzitutto bisogna stare attenti perché l'abbonamento si rinnova automaticamente e non si può nemmeno cancellare dall'App. Bisogna inviare una mail chiedendo che sia cancellato. Già questo è poco serio. Inoltre il piano alimentare per il quale uno ha pagato sparisce dell'app dopo le 4 settimane senza nessun a possibilità di poter consultarlo. Questo mi sembra molto poco serio perché se Io ho pagato per un piano di 4 settimane ma non voglio continuare con l'abbonamento non capisco il perché il mio piano per il quale ho pagato non possa più essere consultabile. Della mia esperienza posso dire che non sono seri per nulla

Paid £20 to start this diet plan for 8 weeks, didn’t use after day one.
No communication from this company then today taken over £65 from my bank. I have contacted the company to be told once they have taken money no refund available.
I am disappointed that there was no email contact from this company they just take your money and run.
