STAY AWAY - hidden subscription
STAY AWAY, they just try to snare you in with £5.99 trial - but behind this is a £65 monthly charge which came as a total surprise to me and they WILL NOT refund. I have not used the plan, it is really not worth the money. Like many of these other companies they are out to snare and rip off menopausal woman who are facing a horrible time in their life, trying to work and cope with all the demands of life, as if we have time to look at every detail in terms and conditions.... it should be made very obvious and it should come up as a pop up... "confirm you are happy with £65 a month following trail"..... shocking and i am looking to send the message out far and wide to avoid this company.

Al di là di questo l’app fa veramente pena
Ricette assurde (come dosi indicate una tazza di spaghetti per esempio) ricette che si trovano semplicemente in qualsiasi altro modo
Pensavo fosse un modo per semplificare la pianificazione settimanale dei pasti invece e’ di una inutilità assoluta
Servizio clienti pronto con la risposta automatica evidentemente per il numero elevato di reclami

Following virtually repeated responses asking me for screenshots and that as the information was successfully delivered to me no refund is due, i chose instead to respond with this - Absolutely rubbish. Yes the information may have been delivered and accessed on day one but not without issues each day that has required me to take time out of my day to keep contacting you.
As for screen shots these have been sent and will not waste my time with such a useless "company" sending more.
Further more I don't think your terms and conditions state that "after information is sent and successfully delivered please be advised you will need to constantly contact us as you will not be able to access your plan and will require us to try and fix it on a daily basis. "
Unless I have mis read your terms and conditions.
So effectively your plan doesn't do what i paid for and expected it to.
Under trade descriptions act it has failed !!!!

This company misleads you into thinking…
This company misleads you into thinking it s a trial. Click on this diet plan at your own risk. I bought a 7 day trial plan which I didn't find very useful and never followed any of the foods which were nothing special for £5.99. Two months after to my horror they took £65 each month before I realised they had put me on a subscription without my knowledge. Basically it's not a trial it's a trick they use to sign you up for an absolute useless expensive plan with no valid contract no confirmation emails . They are very quick to respond to your complaint with rehearsed answers as I have now read in some of the reviews here and have refused to issue me with a refund. BE WARNED!

Harmony diet continues yo charge my credit card on a monthly basis. There is no phone number to call. I looked under what I could’ve ordered it from, there are no subscriptions for it anywhere. Be aware before you click. Complete bullsh*t! You will not get your $$$ back!
