The customer service is horrible. Considering we made the order from an Embassy, the man was terribly rude. The delivery person was even ruder. Though the Tux was good I would never recommend them terrible customer service.

After consultation the woman was very entitled, she requested early delivery different from the scheduled delivery date which was done and arrived 10 minutes late at 16:10, on return she suggested someone to idle around archives despite the drop off shop being a hundred metres away too proud. She actually never interacted with the delivery guy face to face it was dropped at the door step since she didn't want to come get it and returned a day late yet she calls the delivery guy rude. Conclusion: seems like a personality clash. Future customers be nice to the delivery guys even if you are busy or stressed.
