Complete lack of transparency and extremely poor communication.
I contacted Lapa Pets regarding a Standard Poodle listed on their website. I was ready to move forward quickly, confirmed delivery, and politely asked for basic information any serious buyer would need: photos of the parents and a few videos of the puppy. After multiple follow-ups and almost two days of silence, I was finally told the puppy had already been sold and “the breeder forgot to remove him from the website.” This alone shows a lack of basic listing management. The real issue started when I discovered that the exact same dog (same photos) was listed elsewhere directly by the breeder for around €500, while on their platform it was priced at €1450. When I asked for clarification about this massive price difference and the duplicated images, I received vague, dismissive responses and no real explanation. Even after providing clear proof (links, identical photos, breeder name), they avoided answering and simply stopped responding altogether.
This raises serious concerns:
–outdated or misleading listings
–questionable pricing practices
–lack of accountability when inconsistencies are pointed out
If you are considering buying a puppy through them, do your own research first and verify everything independently.

Communicative the whole day! 10/10
We had a great experience with Lapa.shop. We got a baby corgi and he’s such a love bug and perfect. They had communicated with me every step of the way and we were even able to have a video chat call with the breeder to see him. We received pictures and videos the whole time until he was ready to leave and come home to us. They answered very quickly and helped eased some anxieties. I would recommend them. We had our corgi brought right to our front door in Germany. It was stress free

Brilliant both times
I’ve had 2 great experiences with Lapashop, I purchased 2 dogs from them so far and they’re both amazing quality and have sweet personalities. The delivery price is cheap in my opinion and most of the dogs themselves are reasonably priced for what they are.
Very happy and I highly recommend!

Initially i wouldnt believe them completely but once i received puppy i could not believe my eyes…

Outstanding Experience with LAPA – Could Not Be Happier
I recently purchased a Maine Coon kitten through LAPA in Poland, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.
I already have two beautiful Maine Coons, but they are not particularly affectionate. This time, I was very clear that I wanted a kitten who genuinely enjoys human interaction — one who likes to be touched, held, and who purrs and bonds closely with people.
LAPA truly listened. Within a short period of time, they located a recently born kitten in Ukraine who matched exactly what I was looking for. To ensure I felt comfortable, they sent multiple videos and photos of the breeder interacting with her — holding her, playing with her, and showing how she naturally crawled all over her and sought affection. That completely reassured me.
The international logistics could have been nerve-wracking, as I had never purchased a kitten from overseas before. I had many questions about the process, transportation, timing, and cost. LAPA handled everything professionally and kept in close communication throughout. I even asked for a video of the kitten just before she boarded her flight (traveling from Moldova to Turkey and then to Dallas-Fort Worth), and they gladly sent one. Having detailed travel information and that final video gave me real peace of mind.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the pricing. Even including international transportation, the total cost was roughly half of what I had previously paid for Maine Coons purchased in the United States.
Most importantly, the kitten is absolutely darling. She is affectionate, friendly, and exactly what I hoped for. LAPA delivered precisely what they promised.
It is rare to find this level of personal attention, professionalism, and quality service anywhere in the world. I highly recommend LAPA to anyone looking for a Maine Coon kitten.
