It didn't meet expectations over three weeks; I lost only 1 lb, whereas with another brand, I had already lost 8 lbs in the same timeframe. I didn't feel any effects compared to the other brand.

This company has exceeded my expectations with their products. They have given me a healthier and happier version of myself and for that I grateful and can't recommend them or their products enough.

Best Company Yet

Switched over to Happypeps for my research about 3 months ago. Nothing but great experience thus far. Absolutely competitive prices, great deals on top of those prices, and never any issues with ordering or receiving my order quickly. Just got my peptober free gift today! Another bonus of using this company. Highly recommend

Pricing

I Feel HP plays a lot of games with their pricing. I quit ordering from them before for the same reason. I saw their 50% off sale so I decided to give them another try. When the sale was over, I felt good about the experience. Then two days later I receive a email about the sale again, so I decided all went well I would stock up on some items. Then I noticed the prices were increased by about $5 a vial. I felt that was suspect. It was presented as the same sale but was not the same!!! I have been asked to be removed from their email list. I would rather pay a little more to a business that will deal in good faith rather than feel they tried to hustle me.

Svar fra Happypeps

Hi Jeremy,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry for the confusion surrounding our sales and pricing, and we appreciate the opportunity to explain the changes.

The price adjustments you noticed involved products that already had smaller discounts applied. To introduce the 50% discount across all items without requiring a promo code, we removed those earlier discounts and applied the new promotion throughout the site. We understand that seeing prices change during this transition could raise questions, and we could have communicated that process more clearly.

Previously, the timing and duration of our promotions varied based on inventory levels and supply needs. We always tried to keep sales available for as long as possible, but those factors influenced when promotions started and ended. We recognize that changing sale timelines could make it difficult to plan a purchase.

To provide more clarity, we’ve since added a countdown timer to our website so customers can see when a sale is scheduled to end and have time to plan accordingly. Our goal is to make shopping with Happypeps straightforward, with clear pricing and promotions that are easy to follow.

Thank you again for bringing your concerns to our attention. We value your trust and appreciate feedback that helps us improve both our communication and your shopping experience.

Sincerely,
The Happypeps Team

Disappointed in their customer service

Disappointed in their customer service. I've been using this company a long time but one of the products didn't dissolve all the way. They said just give it time. After a few days I emailed back and was ignored twice. No advice or offer to fix it. On to the next.
I see I'm not the only one. Their rating use to be higher.
