I can't recommend Happy Hot Tubs enough! From the moment my wife and I started exploring our options, the service has been nothing short of exceptional. We were a little overwhelmed by the choices, but the high quality of service and advice we received made all the difference.

The showroom managers Rob, and Laura were brilliant. They guided us through the selection process without any pressure, making sure we found the perfect hot tub for our needs. There knowledge was extensive, and we felt completely confident in our final choice.

A major highlight was our 1:1 demo experience at their Waltham Chase showroom. Rich and Rob ran the session for us, and it was incredibly helpful. They walked us through all the options, functions and maintenance, ensuring we knew exactly how to look after our new investment. This personal touch really set them apart.

When it came to delivery and installation, the team was fantastic. They were professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything on-site before they left.

We live in Guernsey and decided we wanted to get a new hot tub! We had read lots of reviews about Hot springs which we had read were the best you can get. Anyhow as we live in Guernsey there is no longer a Hot Springs dealer so we went to Happy hot tubs who we had used before buying a spa wand vacuum.
We spoke to Rob from Gosport and he has been amazing as were James, Henry and Chris. From the outset once we had paid the deposit the wheels were in motion and they sourced the Tub we wanted and arranged to get it shipped to Poole for us to arrange shipping to Guernsey. Once it arrived I had a call from Chris who talked me through the installation of the freshwater cartridge and wiring and we are up and running!

Great service and communication throughout! My family had purchased a hot tub previously and were also really impressed with the whole service so we knew we would definitely purchase through them, and they’ve been just as great with us! Loving our new tub and would recommend to anyone wanting to purchase one themselves.

Excellent customer service from Ed and Harry. I bought a custom made hot tub cover for my Hotspring Grandee tub.
The process included a number of calls and emails to ensure the dimensions were accurate and the support was professional and friendly throughout.
In addition to the actual cover, they also provided a cover cap for added protection and the end result is very effective and efficient.

Just purchased a replacement custom made cover for my Hot Tub. As always, I received excellent advice from both Ed and Harry from the Online Order Team. Very pleased with the cover and the exemplary customer service.

Amazing service from James and the team , from initial browsing in the showroom , asking loads of questions to delivery and set up of our tub , everything was seamless and everyone so helpful .
Tub delivery arranged for the 29th at 10am , the delivery team (lemmare and krum) arrived bang on time , they spent time explaining the how the delivery will proceed and with great care for the tub from the delivery trailer to the chosen area , removed al packaging , cleaned everything then filled , they then sent time offering expert advice on water care and treatment , again answered questions I had and gave in-depth advice

We now have the perfect year round family area ( more relaxing when the kids have gone to bed )

5 Star experience all the way from Happy Hot Tubs, we went for the R500 swim up spa and 4 months in making full use of it everyday. Can not thank everyone in the team enough for making a dream come true, service was fantastic, they were flexible and worked with us when we had some 3rd party building issues, went out of there way to make the delivery and install run as quickly and smoothly as possible. Everyone that came to our house were professional, polite and helpful.
The after service also 5 star and if we pop in to see them for advice they always take the time to chat, make sure we are getting on ok and answer any questions we have.
Reality is that being able to have a swim in our garden everyday has exceeded our high expectations.
We can not thank you enough for making a dream come true.

We made a quick decision on Tues 14th Oct to order a new cover for our hot tub. The old cover was well past it's best; nearly 19 years old. Fortunately, Happy Hot tubs had a new tub in stock so about 3.00pm we ordered the tub. We were advised that delivery would be the next day, and it arrived at 10.00am. Great service. Harry gave me advice on how to dispose of the old one and we made it to the recycling centre by 5,00pm. Job done and the new cover looks great. Cheers
