I ordered Easter key chains in February. I never received my order. It's been 2 months. Tracking shows my order has been in Virginia for 6 weeks. I live in Illinois. Customer service said they won't refund my money because it's been shipped. They said they would resend my order. They never did. I can't speak to a real person. I'm angry at myself for falling for this scam. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Horrific customer service. This company sent me the wrong size, and since the shipping fee to China to return the item is more expensive than the product itself, the company’s best offer was to pay me $6 US funds (instead of sending me the correct size to fulfill the order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - they are scammers!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I ordered in February and still haven't received the merchandise. The tracking information (that I think is bogus) has it coming from Norway, and sitting in Charleston NC since 3/18/26. Doesn't make sense, and I don't think I will be receiving my order.

Never received my order

I purchased some bunny keychains for Easter. I bought them at the end of Feb. Easter is in two days, and they have yet to arrive. The tracking updates they send shows it's in the US (they come from Sweden), but has not been updated for over a week. I contacted customer service, and they just sent me the same info I had already received, and said they would ship the order again. Do not buy from them!!

Ordered product followed the tracking then get an email said was delivered but it wasn't no way to contact them ! A big scam!!!!!

MY FLORAL PAINTED STOCKINGS ARE SO BEAUTIFUL! IT TOOK A MONTH TO GET THEM, BUT WAITING WAS SO WORTH IT! THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT!

Takes you money, never responds or delivers the product

The only reason I rated this company a 1 is I find it very suspicious that you cannot find anything about it other than its own website. It claims to have 10,000+ satisfied customers and I can't find any reviews whatsoever. On this basis alone, I don't trust this company enough to purchase anything.
