Avoid this company, you will not get your items, after you have paid for them. I have been waiting six weeks for an update. Emails bounce back and the web site says coming soon. I wish I had read the reviews, before I purchased items, expensive lesson!

Minus 10 stars! No items delivered, no response to emails and no likelihood of getting my money back. Complete scam, they are nothing but thiefs! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

Ridiculously poor company to deal with, avoid at all costs!! Ordered and paid for 2 pairs of trainers, "tracking details" state they have been in transit for 36 days now. No response from customer service at all. Complete scam!

Wish I could give zero- took my money and stated order on its way on 1st July. No update since. No reply to email.

Ordered from this company and still no reply from any emails which cant deliver and keep bouncing back,odered 2 pair of addidas trainers at the end of may and still havent recieved them to this day paid upfront for them aswell from shop,they told me to get in touch with hanman but to no avail,not happy.what do i do?

Items are fake. Brought adidas trainers adidas have confirmed they are counterfeit.

Placed order June 30th and they took the money immediately with a return email saying goods to be dispatched. 1 month later and nothing - just £75 down.
Emails returned as if its a wrong address.
DO NOT buy from this company - total scam

I saw this company advertised on Instagram. The reviews were all positive, so I decided to order a pair of trainers directly from Hanman’s website. I placed an order on 30 June, 2025. I am unable to track the order online. I sent them two emails, but have yet to receive a reply. Do not order from them as it’s a scam!

Ordered adidas spezial trainers on 25th June 2025, still don’t have them and we’re in August!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! absolute Fraudsters.
This order I placed has really stressed me out and I'm pregnant as a first time mom just trying to save on money but now been robbed on £80 for absolutely nothing.
You will purchase your items then the website will disappear and they will probably just figure out another way to change the name of the company to do it all over again. This website needs to be removed! However it won't matter because they are professional scammers and will just do the same thing under another name so they obviously know exactly how to do this and are probably earning lots of money through scamming thousands of people. My lesson is not everything you can purchase as a deal! I just couldn't really afford the full price of these trainers at the time and because this website had 'extra protection' for shopping fee and they added 'Shopify' to your purchase it makes it feel even more than it's a legitimate company but they most certainly are not. They even give you a shipping tracking number but that's all fake too because it's been 1 month not and there is not update movement on the delivery progression. That's because there isn't one and it's all FAKE!

I placed an order for one pair of Adidas trainers in the middle of June - At the time my wife said I think it’s a scam but I placed the order anyway on my phone after seeing the link on Facebook and clicking through to place an order. Received an official confirmation email and an order dispatched email 2 days later with a tracking link from Sylost in China that said it was shipped. Chased several times by email and did receive responses initially saying I just need to wait/they will look into it. Then they stopped responding to my emails. Order still shown as shipped I the Shop App on my phone (which is Shopify).

It is now August and I have still not been sent my pair of trainers.

I have contacted Shopify and raised a fraud case against the seller as I cannot contact HANMAN at all.
I’ve also raised a section 75 claim with my credit card card company to get a refund.

I have been scammed too by this company. Order never arrived. And now the site is down. What scumbags.

Try to claim back through your bank if like me, you paid the money before realising it's a scam.
