Ordered a pair of trainers never turned up and never answered emails..... out and out scam

Scam. Never received goods. No response to emails. No refund via PayPal

Easy to order. Constant updates regarding purchase and posting. Fast delivery.

I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks off their website in the summer (when it existed), and the pair they sent were fake. They were good fakes, but the sizing was wrong. I emailed their ‘customer service’ team straight away and gave a lot of detail and photos. There was some back and forth with some clearly copied and pasted generic responses from them before they asked me to confirm my address and they would send out some more- of course they never did. In this time I’d filed a dispute with my credit card company and even though they insisted the charge was correct, on my credit card company going to them with the emails as evidence, nothing more came of it. One of the main reasons I always try and pay by credit card when shopping online.

Ordered and paid for a pair of adidas trainers via advert on instagram in July 2025. Same day got a despatch notification from Hanman. I am still awaiting the arrival of the goods. Avoid this website at all costs, it’s a big scam!

This company is just a Scam, I ordered a winter coat on the 4th of October, I was told that it would dispatched next day 5th of October,days passed and got suspicious and email them first they told me it late due to the delivery company, for two weeks I kept emailing them, then I was told I couldn't cancel because their policy states i had 15 minutes to cancel after the purchase and would have to receive it and then return... I instead ,contacted my bank ,and two days later I had my money returned,

The trainers never arrived but they took money out of my account to pay for them. They have never replied to any email. They are complete Shit!

An absolute scam site do not go near never received goods despite advertising stock in sponsored ads all over instagram . No proof of delivery provided that even comes close to being legitimate! Can see they have done to many other people!

Placed order for 2 x pairs of Adidas Trainers, this Compamy collected the Money and Did NOT Deliver or respond to Emails.

Never received my parcel ordered 2nd July. No way of contacting company emails bounce back.

This company doesn't exist. It never did exist as a company it was a total scam. I had this so called company removed from Facebook as a scam their page was took down so they couldn't scam others. I got my money back in full from my credit card provider. But luckily this so called company has been shut down by us sticking together and explaining to people that it was a complete and utter scam...

I would rate it as -10 if I could! I ordered a pair of Adidas on 1 July and have never received them. They have taken the money (of course), and if you now try to go onto their website, the company does not exist. Looks like everyone else has had the same problem. I wish I had checked Trustpilot before committing to buying!
Lesson learned!!

I’d give it 0 if I could! Ordered TWO pairs of Adidas trainers and 3 months later still no trainers have arrived and the company has conveniently disappeared on Instagram! Scamming as*****s!!

Absolute conmen company! Ordered trainers, never arrived, no communication even with chasing, tracking never worked. Managed to get a recharge back from my bank, but now they are challenging. Bunch of thieves

Ordered 2 pairs of trainers from these thieves. They never arrived. No communication, no refund. Made a claim through my credit card company and they had the audacity to object to my claim. Avoid, nothing but common criminals. Trading standards and a complaint to the police are next.

DO NOT BUY!
I got scammed 100%.. they sell fake Birkenstock! I saw an attractive instagram add from them and purchased the product!
It took forever to arrive and when it did you can see it’s not true Birkenstock and the size is completely off!!!
I hope you’ll read this before you buy with them so you don’t get scammed like I did 😢

Do not buy from them - our order of shoes never arrived. Trying to get a refund.
