DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!I ordered some trainers on the 2nd July and never received them. i will be contacting the bank regarding Hanman scamming me out of £45. the bank will investigate as Hanman have not answered my Emails either..

Please don’t waste your time, I would not normally buy from an instagram advert and certainly not without checking Trustpilot first. Obvious scam, why isn’t this already shut down - shame on Instagram. Thank god for Trustpilot - you’ll need to initiate a dispute with your credit card provider and request a chargeback if you used a credit card.

It’s scam. Don’t buy.

Trainers ordered 1st July. Shipping etc has never updated. Email address given bounces back all emails as undelivered. Website now says under development. I have reported this to my bank in the hope I get a refund.
How this site could be linked to Shop is beyond me.

Scammed. £45 paid and now email address no longer exists.
I’m going to follow up with mugshot to refund me and hmrc fir reporting the scam.

After 5 weeks still not received my shoes, have placed a dispute with my bank.
Definite scam

Ordered the 2 pairs of adidas for £75 on the 12th June, same few emails as others have said then nothing, obvious scam, should have checked trustpilot first, oh well, won't do it again. Very annoying they get away with!!

Have just updated this review to say I called my bank HSBC and they refunded the money straight away so would advise everyone else to do the Same if u havnt already

I ordered on the 29th June and still no delivery.

Scam! Brought a pair of trainers… too good to be true, but thought it was a sale.

I completed a transaction dispute with my bank and luckily they could reverse the charge - got my £45 back.

Total scam. Ordered and paid for goods, never arrived. They replied to my first e-mail chasing for an update and now my e-mails can’t be delivered ! Wish I’d read these reviews before I placed an order. But if this saves 1 other person getting scammed - it’s worth it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

AVOID! I paid £50 for trainers and they never arrived.

Terrible company - shocks me that they’re still in business.

I am the latest victim of this shoddy outfit.

I ordered and paid for 2 pairs of Adidas trainers on 26th July which have not arrived.

I recieved a notice saying they had been dispatched and a tracking number which said awaiting shipment.

I emailed them 10 days later and my email bounced back. I completed 5 of their online contact forms but no response.

I now see that their website is no longer live. I guess they will rebrand and scam another new unsuspecting client base before rinsing and repeating. Dreadful.

Avoid at all costs. I also fell for the scam a month ago, same deal as others. I received an order confirmation and despatch notice but no goods received and my emails are returning unsent 'recipient server did not accept our requests to connect'.

Ordered shoes on the 28th of June, received a response not long after the order when I asked the expected delivery date. Now been over 14 working days and nothing has arrived. Unable to contact them via email now and all their social media has been deleted. AVOID.

I wouldn’t even rate one star if I didn’t have to. Same as everybody else, ordered trainers over 3 weeks ago after seeing the advert on Instagram, was sent an email confirmation but since then have heard nothing. Website has disappeared and emails have bounced back. Avoid at all costs, have raised a claim with my bank.

Ordered a pair of Adidas trainers - confirmation of order received but then nothing... Contacted them on hello at hanman-uk.com and got a relatively prompt, generic, response saying they were particularly busy and to allow them more time but advising that my order had shipped. Two further weeks have elapsed and my next email, to the same address, was returned as undeliverable and the order tracking link I was supplied now terminates at a holding web-page. All details passed to my bank for investigation.

Fraud. Please don’t buy from here they are a scam company. Ordered some shoes and never received them and no response from the company and now by the looks of it the company has gone.

Scam.
- was emailed a receipt from a Gmail account
- View order/tracking buttons led nowhere/ to a website under development
- there are no contact details for the company
- their other email (hello@hanman-uk) bounced back
- there was no update on the order 10 days after ordering
- I emailed the Gmail address twice: nothing.
I've had the purchase reversed by my bank.

All the positive 5* reviews on trust pilot are bots.
