I was in the Hamilton Branch today, Nicole Jackie & Sara welcomed me and were absolutely brilliant. They are welcoming and give great advice, will come back. Great experience.

Bought an Omega watch online. The watch was very competitively priced coming with box and papers. It appears that there was a problem with the couriers and the watch wasn’t collected for over a week, but once it arrived, it was exactly as described and excellent value. Would definitely use again.

Sara and Jackie were extremely helpful and courteous. They have a lot manner

Amanda and Caren were welcoming and helped me obtain a loan on my watch.

The store in Ayr is amazing! Came in for some currency because they were the best in the high street and they seemed to actually care about where I was going, which you just don't see any more, will definitely be back and be telling others to come here
