DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF THERE IS ANY CHANCE YOU WILL HAVE TO RETURN THEIR PRODUCT. I BOUGHT CABINET EDGE PULLS FROM THEM WHEN MY KITCHEN WAS BEING BUILT. THE CONSTRUCTION TOOK A FEW DAYS LONGER THAN ANTICIPATED. THE EDGE PULLS DID NOT FIT THE CABINETS. I PLEADED WITH THE COMPANY TO ACCEPT A RETURN, AS I HAD ONLY MISSED THE DEADLINE BY A FEW DAYS. THE WINDOW FOR RETURNS IS VERY BRIEF, EVEN THOUGH SHIPPPING TAKES A LONG TIME. THEY DENIED MY REQUEST OUTRIGHT. I AM NOW OUT $580!! THEY DON'T CARE.

These guys are the worst to deal with. Terrible customer service. They sent me the wrong items, multiple times, and will not do anything to fix it. Brian Just keeps telling me he relayed it to their team for review. Now they just don't respond to my issue. So I had to now file a dispute with my CC company. All this on top of the fact that it takes you FOREVER to receive your items because I think they are coming from China. Not the US or somewhere close. So not only do you wait forever but then you get the wrong items. Its crazy. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GARAGE OPERATION. You will thank me.

Ordered two types of handles and made sure they were both included in the returns policy.

The handles took weeks and weeks to arrive. No one answered emails or direct messages. Someone finally answered when I started demanding my money back.

On the day they arrived I decided on the ones I wanted to keep. I notified them immediately of my intent to return. They made me take photos of every item, box and piece of packaging and said they would 'assess the images' to make sure the items were suitable for return. Completely ghosted me and never answered another email.

Brutal Customer Service. Ordered three handles, received one in the incorrect size. Custom millwork holes drilled to fit handles. Dealt with Brian for over 7 months to no resolve. Received notice that they will refund the one handle. No apolgy or explanation. If I knew there wasn't going to be another handle would not have drilled holes. Asked for full refund as handles are not longer good as we need three. reponse was past your 30 day windown - sorry not happening. I have never received such an unprofessional company. They take no ownership or responsibility for their products, service or experience. I would not trust this company.

Worst experience ever I a faucet the height came in wrong. I followed up with them for one year, barely any response I got from them. I got frustrated. I’m ordered it again and second time. It was promised that it will be OK and it came in wrong This company is fraud. They’re buying stuff from China and sending it to you better off buying the same stuff online on Alibaba.

We ordered 7 light switch sets from Handle Shop Couture. 3 of them were standard set ups that they had listed on their website. The other 4 were custom orders with a combination of switches, dimmers, DECORA openings and blanks that were not shown on line. We sent an email inquiring if they could custom make these, and they responded very quickly with an affirmative. Payment was quick and easy. The items arrived in two shipments, first the standard sets, then the custom sets. One of the 4 gang switch sets was manufactured incorrectly. We emailed them about it and the promptly made a correct replacement and got it to us in a timely manner. They told me I could keep the incorrect item. Love the switches. They look fantastic in our master bedroom. Would order from them again. One interesting note on the mounting configuration. instead of mounting the switches to the box, and then the cover plate to the switch, the mounting screws for the switches and the cover plate are one in the same. A little tricky getting everything wired and all the wires pushed back into the box. This makes it important that the box is flush with the face of the wall. Glad I did not have to shim any of the switches.

Ordered a bunch of door handles and a light switch and very happy with the quality. The handles are solid, heavy, and made really well but were initially very confusing to install. I took off a star for the slow shipping times, as others have mentioned. Though I can't relate to the people with very bad experiences. Brian was also very helpful over email with prompt responses.

This company is the worst company we’ve ever ordered from….delivery delayed, no clear answers what so ever, they’re lagging In Every aspect and the products are f…. expensive and we cannot be refund…..I hate them

Placed an order in January. In February I contacted the company. They responded that they were checking with the warehouse. No response for over two weeks, emailed again, same reply. It is now March and still no response or products. Two months I have waited. I have now reported to my credit card. Do not purchase from them, they are a scam company.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I have placed 3 orders with them and all experiences were riddled with issues and multiple emails to customer service. I take accountability for stupidly trusting that they would actually get an order right. As an interior designer and in the industry for 15 years, I have never experienced as many lies, lack of communication and shadiness as I have dealing with this company. The first order I placed was a custom order. I provided sizes and paid an additional cost for them to customize the handle lengths I needed. The product was ordered in March and we received them in May after repeated requests for an ETA. The edges of the CUSTOM edge pulls were not machined where cut. Their idea of custom is cutting the handles to size on either end with a blade. We could have done that instead of incurring the additional cost for customizing the lengths. The ends and edges were jagged and sharp as they were cut metal, so the client buffed off the metal shards for his wife because she really wanted to keep them due to the cost and lead time. I don't think that's acceptable for a "custom" order worth several thousands dollars of hardware and we already waited 2 months for them. The second time I ordered from them, the handles were wrong when they were delivered. Took a month and half for the correct handles to shop up. The last order I placed was for samples. I specifically asked them if I could refund all the items if my client didn't like them and they said yes. I ordered them with express shipping and waited. 1/2 the order arrived and I asked for the ETA of the other half. No response. I looked online and the ETA for the exact handle that was delayed, promised a delivery date 2 weeks from order. That set me off because I paid $100 for express shipping and here they were lying on their website about their lead times. I emailed them and asked them to cancel the other handles as they were not shipped. The next day I got an email that the handles magically shipped and they cannot cancel it. Further to that I got an email from their rep saying 2 of the handles were non-refundable which got me upset. Anyway I blame myself for hoping my experience was a one off each time I ordered. BEWARE of this company and their lies. A colleague mentioned this company purchases their hardware from Alibaba/Aliexpress and marks it up.
A client purchased knobs from them on her own and the lead time was 2 months.

I have purchased some handlles in December 2025 two times. The first one went well (samples to test in my new kitchen) but the second order was a disaster. The send the wrong one (smaller than the one order first despite correct IDH). Fisrt they asked us to send them back with our money to china before they admit to have made an mistake and promise to send new one "rapidly" now it's 1,5-2 months that they didn't reply to our daily email. We hadn't received the new one and I do not expect they will do. They are 100% what we hate on internet.

I placed a significant order for 20+ handles on January 29th and as of March 1, it has just left the facility. The website states 8-10 days for shipping. They also claim that the handles I purchased cannot be returned. So now I have paid a significant amount, have waited 4 weeks and the items are not even in the US and I cannot return the items. Their excuse is Chinese New Year.
I will never order from them again.

Worst experience ever!! Do not use this company! Pathetic customer service! Have a phone system you can’t get thru and won’t reply to emails! It’s insane!!

Do not buy here! I ordered some handles in November 2025 and I am still waiting for them. The big problem is the NO ANSWER FROM THEM. Do they really exist? be careful!!! I am losing 100€ in Handles that I have never received.

Unfortunately still waiting for handles to arrive for order placed on 18 Nov 2025. Shipment was confirmed on 19 Dec 2025 but no tracking information has been provided and customer service has been unable to provide a straight answer on the delivery status. No refund has been offered either. It has been an extremely frustrating experience and unfortunately one that I would not recommend.

I ordered two light switches on November 25th, 2025. Using their "track your package" it showed there was no movement for over two months. Cut to many emails back and forth that said "your concern is being reviewed." Two weeks ago, they said they would put the order through again. Package arrived in a week with ONE switch. More emails. Now "your concern is being reviewed" AGAIN and they "appreciate my patience." I'm so done with this company. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered white brass Handles for my Cabinet, it took longer than I expected for delivery but Brian was very helpful when I queried it. He got the tracking updated for me and I was able to track the progress each day. They arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. I’m vey pleased with the look and quality of my handles, would definitely buy from this Company again.
