Awful company. Item arrived a day late, despite paying £10.99 for quick shipping and, although they did refund the shipping fee after it didn't arrive on time (the lady on the phone was actually very helpful which was the only good part of the experience), when the item did arrive it was both awful quality, for the £44.99 I paid, and damaged. Despite this I have to pay the standard 18% fee and postage and when I asked if there was anything they could do I received a very blunt and actually pretty rude response from the person via chat. Would never use this company again.

The ordering process and delivery was quick and painless. But the items I have ordered from this company are far too small despite me choosing UK sizes. The size 9 Boots are more like and 8 and the large costume is like small/medium.
I opened a returns/exchange ticket with them and have been told it will take 2-4 weeks to process and they will charge me an 18% restocking fee. So by the time I've returned the costume and boots and got a refund in maybe a month's time I'll be 60 quid down with no costume!
In a nutshell if you don't guess what size is going to fit you it will cost you every time you get it wrong.

This looks like a US company with a UK website and returns depot.
This company looked promising but I feel let down!

Absolutely shocking customer service. Took nearly 2 weeks to arrive and then when it did it was a different costume!! Tried to contact them straight away... sent countless emails with zero reply. This cotume cost me £65 with delivery and I want my money back!! I have raised a dispute with paypal over this. Absolute thiefs. Oh, and beware of the .co.uk. They actually ship from the U.S!! Absolute cowboys.

I ordered some costumes and paid £6.99 for delivery (no other options given) I got the dispatch notice very quickly with a link that said my order wouldn't arrive until the 4 oct. I needed them for 2nd. I contacted the company straight away and said can I cancel as these won't arrive on time. they said no as they can't reroute but also that I would have been able to select a sooner date on check out. I have been in an email argument with them about whether or not a delivery date was given on check out and that if I needed them sooner I should have selected a sooner date. they will not take responsibility that I wasn't given the option. If I needed them sooner why would I select a later date?

AVOID THIS COMPANY - AWFUL CUSTOMER SERIVCE.

I spend £150 and this is the worst thing I could have ever spend my money on. it is with a credit card so I have raised a dispute with them as I want all my money back including the shipping. I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased as I wouldn't have made the purchase is if I new they were US and obviously if I knew they would arrive after the date I needed them.

I noted the previous comments about this not being a UK based company. However, they were transparent in their delivery times and the order turned up within the specified time. I am pleased with the costume as it looks like the photo and I am pleased with the quality for the price I paid. Would use this supplier again.

Sent half an order. Customer service no help. Disgrace of a company. Avoid like the plague.

Spent £100+ on outfits for cosplay. Opened one of them and there’s a big rip at the seam, I can sew it myself, but that’s not the point.

This is the first site in a few months that I’ve input my business card details. 2 days after using my business card on this site, my card was fraudulently used online for £1,000 via clear pay.
When I returned to this site I noticed clear pay is an option they give at the till. It’s a little too coincidental for my liking. It’s fair to say I’ll be avoiding this site for the foreseeable future.

Why use a .co.uk address when you are based in/ ship from the US? It's so dodgy. You get slammed with unexpected customs fees. Disappointed. No wonder my order was weeks to arrive.

Fantastic service and good quality items, speedy delivery with no issues in fact arrive 2 days before due date so even better. Will defo order from here again. Ordered Christmas items

The returned items "re-stocking fee" is apparently to cover "the costs of packing and shipping the item, along with processing the return" - I paid for shipping both ways! So they took 18% of the order just to process the return. This company has no interest in good customer service. Avoid at all costs.

So my major gripe is that this website looks and feels like a UK-based service but it is not. The clothes ship from the US. They do state that on the website but you have to dig through the details to figure it out. I am no stranger to ordering items from the US from other websites but I don't like being duped into thinking this is UK based when it isn't.

In terms of what actually happened - I ordered a Halloween costume (not having done my homework and checked their shipping Ts & Cs in detail). 1-2 days later I received an e-mail from them called 'Fraud & Tasking' where they asked me for my credit card details again without which they would not process my order. I never responded to it thinking it was a phishing e-mail. Turns out it was a genuine e-mail and they cancelled my order without sending me an actual cancellation. At any rate, I tried another website that is UK based and they delivered the next day with express shipping.

So I have left a 1 star review since I believe transparency is key when selling stuff online and this website doesn't do enough. Also, there is really no reason to ask for credit card information again when a payment has clearly gone through.

Terrible returns policy. Returns are allowable 30 days from date of order. The only trouble being that they take an age to arrive in the first instance and there’s an ‘18% restocking fee’. Not sure this is even compliant under Distance Selling Regulations. Avoid at all costs.

item took weeks to be delivered, when it arrived it wasn't suitable, too small for sizing so i returned and then only received a partial refund!

their returns policy states an extortionate 18% restocking fee however they only refunded me 74% of my total order which no explanation why! i am now trying to get this back from them

my advice is only use this company if you have no intention of returning as you will be ripped off!

Ordered the Black Panther Necklace from them thinking £10 isn't that bad.
Thought it was a bit odd that there was a shipment fee if it was supposedly coming from the UK.
Package arrived in time since I paid for fast shipping. I opened it and found it broken...then the website says: contact our customer service but the email function doesn't work and the number is American!

I really wish I'd found this page before I ordered. I also thought it was a UK website because of the co.uk address and paid £4.99 for the cheapest delivery. I then got a Royal Mail card saying I owed £14.44 customs charge. I checked the website and buried deep in their FAQs it says customs fees are not inc, but this was not clear when purchasing the item and as I thought it was a UK business I never even considered this. When I complained and asked for a refund they said they would charge me the £14 fee for returning to sender and the original £4.99, so by that time the refund would be pointless (and I'd have paid £20 for nothing). Absolutely disgraceful. They are deliberately conning UK customers into thinking this a UK website and not being upfront about the fees. You will pay more in postage than your goods. STAY CLEAR. Awful company.

Really poor quality, £40 for a Jojo Siwa costume, I wouldn't pay more than £3.99 for it. Sizes dont match whats on website either. My 7 year olds birthday is now ruined. Avoid

This is not a UK company. Comes from America. Over priced costume to begin with and then slammed for £17 customs fee before Royal Mail will deliver. Basic kids costume now cost me £60.

I would give them no stars if I could. Purchased an outfit which I didn't even open the packaging when it arrived. Sent it back straight away for a refund and they charged me an 18% restocking fee! Absolutely atrocious customer service, will never ever but from again, avoid at all costs!

I purchased from this company through Amazon.
Unfortunately I am having an awful experience with this seller. Initially there customer service was great. I was told I should order a large based on my measurments ( I am a uk 10 ) the item arrived quickly. Sadly the costume was gigantic and very poor quality, nothing like the photo.
I asked to return the item and my return request was aproved.
I sent back the item with tracked postage ( which I had to pay for ) The item was received by the company and signed for on the 27th Nov and I have proof of return and signature. I have not been refunded. All my emails to the seller have been ignored. I am now having to open a dispute with my Mastercard to try to claim my money back. Amazon have also requested the seller refund me but as this is a 3rd party seller Amazon are also having to file an A-Z claim on my behalf.
Very upsetting and stressful this close to Christmas and very unfair.
I have effectively been stolen from as the company are in the receipt of the returned goods.

So disappointed! After ordering a costume for Hallowe'en, naiively thinking that this company was in the uk, it finally arrived today (although it was due to arrive on 22nd October). I have just tried the costume on to find that the seam has a hole 8cm long. I can't even be bothered to return the item as now I have nothing to wear for Hallowe'en. Do not use this company .... gutted!!!!
