Very unhappy customer.
I am absolutely disgusted with Halloween costumes! I purchased items totalling £104.00..after a phone call regarding returns to one of the companies representatives I was asked to pay return postage which wasn’t a problem at all..I had to chase up the return and then received an email stating I will only be refunded £85.00! All items were returned in the condition they arrived in and whilst speaking to the representative there was no mention of not refunding the whole amount! I will definitely not be using this company again.

A company that cares!
Just received my order and unfortunately one of the items was damaged beyond repair due to the manufacturers packaging, I was expecting to have to pay to return it and wait for the new one but when I spoke to an Halloween representative they advised they would send a new one out without the return. FIVE STAR customer service. Love your products some very unusual items and love the little video you send out with your orders, feels like I'm dealing with real folks who care about their service. Well done!

I purchased a halloween costume and I am very happy with the quality! Looks mostly similar to the picture apart from a slight difference in the hat but nothing too bad. The shipping was a bit expensive at £8.99 especially when you're already paying £60.00 for the costume. Having said that, I would definitely recommend ordering from this site. Delivery was prompt. Thanks

I am absolutely disgusted with thsi company, they are lying and extremely poor.
I have been scammed believing I have bought somehting from the UK, when infact its from the states, was supposed to be delivered 13th Sept, its 29th Sept.
Halloween refuse to help me and say the package is with the mail company. UPS refuse to help me and say it is Royal Mail, was provided with a mail refence but the post office do not recognise it.
From reading once I do find out where this is likely a customs charge will be due.
This company should not be allowed to trade and they simply disgust, NEVER EVER use this hideous company

Very shoddy product that didn't even resemble the picture and the returns procedure is extremely complicated. Would not buy from this company again.
