Hader Institute of Education is one of Australia's highest-rated online RTOs — delivering nationally recognised qualifications in Mental Health, Youth Work, Community Services, and Alcohol & Other Drugs. We're 100% online and self-paced, with live trainer-led sessions, Guaranteed Work Placement through our partner SkilTrak, and interest-free payment plans from just $28 per week. But what our students talk about most isn't the courses — it's the people. Viki. Cayan. Blake. Duane. Charlotte. Trainers named by name in hundreds of reviews as the reason a student made it through. That level of care isn't accidental. It's the standard we hire to and the culture we build every day. If you're considering studying with us — you're in the right place. These reviews are from real students, at every stage of their journey. Read them, ask us anything, and when you're ready, book a free 30-minute call with one of our course advisors. No pressure. Robyn brings so much more to the course…
Robyn brings so much more to the course than simply working through the content. She has a real ability to unpack topics, explain them in a way that actually makes sense, and add the extra knowledge, examples and context that help everything click.
What I value most is that you never feel like you are just being given information to remember for an assessment. She helps you understand the reasoning behind it, how it applies in practice, and how different ideas connect. The conversations and explanations often go well beyond the coursework itself, which makes the learning far more meaningful.
She also creates an environment where you feel completely comfortable asking questions, even when you are unsure or feel like you should already know the answer. Nothing is ever dismissed or made to feel insignificant. She meets questions with patience, respect and genuine encouragement, and that makes such a difference to your confidence as a learner.
Robyn is incredibly generous with her knowledge and always willing to explain something another way, explore a question further, or help you work through an idea until you genuinely understand it. I have gained so much from her training, not just for completing coursework, but knowledge I can actually take with me and use.

What a beautifully written, thoughtful review — thank you! You've captured exactly what makes Robyn such an exceptional educator: she doesn't just deliver content, she helps you understand the reasoning, see how ideas connect, and apply them in practice. That's the difference between learning for an assessment and gaining knowledge you'll carry for life. And the environment she creates — where every question is met with patience, respect, and encouragement, and nothing is ever dismissed — is exactly what builds real confidence in a learner. That confidence and genuine understanding will serve you far beyond this course, into your whole career. Keep asking, keep exploring, because you're clearly getting the very most out of Robyn's training. Thank you for being part of the Hader Institute!

I can’t thank Jess enough for all her help and support throughout the enrolment process. She made getting registered into my course so easy and stress-free, and guided me through everything I needed to do.
What meant the most to me was that Jess reminded me that I can do this and didn’t let me talk myself out of it. She encouraged me when I needed it most and gave me the confidence to take that step and believe in myself.
Jess was so kind, patient and supportive throughout the whole process, and I’m genuinely so grateful for everything she did to help me get started. Thank you so much, Jess!

What a beautiful, heartfelt review — thank you! Jess has such a gift for this: making enrolment easy and stress-free, yes, but more than that, seeing your potential and not letting you talk yourself out of it. That belief she gave you — "you can do this" — is the most powerful gift there is, because confidence is the foundation everything else is built on. You took a brave step, and with Jess and the whole team behind you, cheering you on, there's no limit to what you'll achieve. Hold onto that belief in yourself, because it's going to carry you all the way. Thank you for choosing the Hader Institute — you've got this!

Thank you, Callum — this is exactly the kind of constructive feedback we value! We're really glad Robyn's real-world workplace examples are landing well; that practical, lived experience is one of the things that makes learning stick and prepares you for the field. And your point about Zoom etiquette is a fair one — clearer norms around things like using the hand-up emoji and staying on mute would help keep sessions smooth and focused for everyone, and we'll take that on board. Thank you for helping us make the experience even better — feedback like yours is how we keep improving. Here's to great things ahead in your course, and thank you for being part of the Hader Institute!

I have been dealing with Sam over the past month. Sam is genuine, he understands what you are saying and really listens. Sam goes up and beyond his duties which I think is just wonderful. I don’t feel like I’m a number, I actually feel as though I’m a person.
Highly recommend Sam 100%
