Hader Institute of Education is one of Australia's highest-rated online RTOs — delivering nationally recognised qualifications in Mental Health, Youth Work, Community Services, and Alcohol & Other Drugs. We're 100% online and self-paced, with live trainer-led sessions, Guaranteed Work Placement through our partner SkilTrak, and interest-free payment plans from just $28 per week. But what our students talk about most isn't the courses — it's the people. Viki. Cayan. Blake. Duane. Charlotte. Trainers named by name in hundreds of reviews as the reason a student made it through. That level of care isn't accidental. It's the standard we hire to and the culture we build every day. If you're considering studying with us — you're in the right place. These reviews are from real students, at every stage of their journey. Read them, ask us anything, and when you're ready, book a free 30-minute call with one of our course advisors. No pressure. Jasmine, thank you! Three words, but they count for a lot. Easy to talk to means you felt comfortable asking what you needed to ask — and that's the difference between getting the right answer and quietly guessing.
That's deliberate on our end. No jargon, no making you feel like you should already know. Just a straight conversation with someone who's there to help. You'll get the same from the whole Hader Institute of Education team, any time you need it.
So keep talking to us. The more you ask, the faster you move. You're in good hands. 🚀

Kara, thank you — and congratulations on your acceptance. We want to highlight something you said, because it's the part that matters: Lianne listened to what you had to say. Not talked over you, not pushed you somewhere convenient — listened, and then helped you into the course of your choosing.
That's how it should work. You know your goals better than anyone; our job is to understand them and get you on the right path towards them. That's what Lianne did, and that's the standard you'll get from the Hader Institute of Education team from here on.
You're in the right course, for the right reasons, with the right people behind you. Those are three very good things to have on day one. Now go and achieve exactly what you told Lianne you wanted to. We'll be here the whole way. 🚀
I really enjoy my classes with Robyn
I really enjoy my classes with Robyn. I feel the assignments and written work a lot but unpacking it all with Robyn helps everything make sense. If anything I wish there was more written work done under these classes.

Thank you, Suzanne — this is exactly what a great teacher does! The written work can feel like a lot, but having Robyn help you unpack it all so everything makes sense is where the real magic happens — that's the difference between just completing assignments and genuinely understanding them. And wanting more time working through it in class? That's a wonderful sign of how engaged you are, and it's great feedback we'll take on board. Keep leaning into those sessions with Robyn, because you're clearly getting so much out of them. Thank you for being part of the Hader Institute!
