We're really pleased the trainer-led Zoom sessions were such a strong part of your experience — that connection and the chance to discuss content together is something we value highly. And it's wonderful to hear the placement organised through Hader and SkillTrack was arranged smoothly and led to casual employment at the organisation you were placed with. That's a fantastic outcome, and one you should be proud of.

We also hear you clearly on the areas that fell short. Last-minute communication around the assessor-led role plays, Discord not serving you well for peer support (to the point your group set up its own WhatsApp), Zoom sessions finishing early, and a stronger focus on assessments than on practical, real-world skill-building — these are fair points, and the kind of things we're taking seriously and working to do better. Feedback like yours is a big part of how that happens.

Your point about recognising the achievement at the end also lands. Completing a substantial qualification is a real milestone, and we take on board that a graduation acknowledgement would mean something. It's something we'll look at.

You've also raised something important. Inconsistent assignment versions and requirements within the same class shouldn't happen, and we can see how that creates confusion and eats into valuable class time.
